I'm a regular at boba bliss and Mountain Mike's, so while waiting for my order, I walked around the plaza and happened upon this shop. I made an appointment for the next day, but I had to reschedule. I called, and rescheduling was effortless.

I started off in a massage chair while Van did my pedicure. She was very friendly and asked about my day. I am very ticklish, and Van was patient with me, helping me be at ease. I got gel on my toes, and while getting the pedicure, Pari got started on my manicure.

I came in with a picture of the phantom oni skin from Valorant as inspiration for my nails, and I let them run with it. I love how Pari captured details of the inspiration on my nails. She checked in with me from time to time getting my opinion on color, design, and style. I sometimes do my own nails, and Pari answered a lot of questions I had about products she was using on my nails.

Afterwards, Nancy waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. She was very funny and personable. Her excitement in addition to her work made me feel so pretty.

Not sure how to express my gratitude to the RYU Nail Bar. It started with a phone call, inquiring if they accommodate someone with a disability and using a transport chair. The female on the other side of the phone, Sophia, with no hesitation, said "of course we can accommodate you!" Just then, an appointment reminder text for 4pm popped up on my phone.

As soon as my husband pushed me in, friendly faces greeted us and made sure I was comfortable.

Everyone there made adjustments and bent over backwards to assist me in being able to get my feet into the basin. Tears started flowing down my face as I couldn't believe that a nail shop would do all this for me. From Rose, who took care of my manicure, to Anne, who serviced my pedicure, they both were very sympathetic and crying with me the whole time I was there. My husband and I have called around to several shops, only to be told they are unable to accommodate or service clients in wheelchairs. RYU Nail Bar truly provides exceptional service and care to actually help me. Anne was such a sweetheart and we truly became close with the crew there.
