Australian Tan - San Ramon — Local services in San Ramon

I left Utopia tan after having problems with poor staff and management. And … here I am now at Australian tan… Wow, what a difference Customer Service makes! This place is freaking awesome. They were consistently busy the entire time I was there trying to sign up for their monthly membership, she probably had 10 people come in the 15 minutes that I was filling out all my paperwork. Everybody got right in, and when my paperwork was done, I was able to get right in as well. The girl at the front desk was a very competent, Friendly, accommodating, and great at managing so many things going on at once, without even skipping a beat. But what I’m most excited about is that they’re spray tan was quicker faster and it looks a lot more natural, I spray tan every single week, and today when I came home and my family said wow, you don’t like orange you actually look tan. They also have a weight loss sauna bed - I had to try it…. I don’t know if I’ll lose weight but it was very relaxing on massage mode. Then I tried the LED light… amazing. And finished with a a double dip of a bed for 6 min and a spray tan for extra measure … it’s all included so you might as well make it a spa day! I’m ready for date night gelling beautiful and relaxed! This place doesn’t look like much, but it’s far superior to anyone else...

The spray tan sometimes goes on uneven and spotty leaving you with a spotted uneven parts but for the most part it works for color, and their tanning beds are decent although the acrylics need to be replaced on a few beds, but they lost 3 stars on customer service. I’ve had no issues at the Livermore location but at the San Ramon location it’s been horrible. I’ve been asked to fill out new forms several times even after months of having a membership and they wanted my credit card over and over again and tried to bill me at a much higher rate than what I was paying as I had joined to use all beds at a much lower rate. Then they charged me the higher rate and I was given a couple months free because of their error which was appreciated. Then today I got a voicemail they were billing another customer for my account with the same street and name and they wanted my credit card information again! I called cooperate and the girl answered the phone laughing hysterically and I asked her what was going on and she said that they want my credit card because they were billing another customer and it was a glitch, I told her I was not giving her my number and I will not go tanning there anymore. I had only gone once in June and once in July. I will find a salon with better...

I can only imagine this is a great place to get your tan spray tan. I don't know if they have either or as a spray tan or the bed Tans or if they do the bed Tans anymore but looks like a nice big place and must be busy. So it's got to be good. If I lived in this area this shopping center just kicks butt. Everything is in here is just huge and clean and well-kept if you're going to live in that area this is got to be your favorite shopping or are you in if you want to tan you got to go to this place shop Australian can we don't got to go sit out in the sun but if you want a quick way to do it without the melanoma this is where you want to go.
