Boba Bliss — Restaurant in Dublin

I don’t know what happened today, good drink but terrible customer service. It was my favorite boba place and I always recommended to others.

Today I placed an online order (two drinks) and waited in the car. I didn’t receive the pick up notification email or text after the estimated wait time (30 minutes), so I walked into the store and I saw my drinks were already on the table.

There was a girl working something on laptop and the other one girl giving the drinks for customers. After like 5 minutes, still no notifications on my phone. When the staff handed me the drinks, I asked her why I didn’t get notified for pick up if the drinks were ready. She said oh I was supposed to receive the email or text. I said no I didn’t. Then she was like a “meh not my fault “ attitude and walked away.

Yes it might not be your fault, but I think you need to apologize on the behalf of whoever forgot to send the pick up notification, because you represent Boba Bliss for the customers.

Highly disappointed.

In addition, when I walked into the store, I also heard a group of customers (about 6~8 people) saying they waited for more than 30 minutes and not received anything. Don’t know how long they waited at the end.

I love BOBA and love trying out new boba places wherever I go! Was recommended by my brother-in-law. First time here and the line was out the door! We had the chance to try their Creme Brulee Pearl Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte (better than Boba guys), and Natural Taro Ube Latte. I normally judge other boba spots by their boba and milk tea; this one is so good!! I am not a big taro fan, so I took a sip just to try it and it was tasty! the fresh taro topping is a must order. The Creme Brulee Pearl Latte is to die for! MUST ORDER! It definitely makes the drink tastes like a dessert. YUM! Wish they had one closer to home! You can also adjust your sugar and ice levels. The lines are manageable and moved fairly quickly. No issues with parking as it shares a huge parking lot with other businesses. Looking forward to the next time I can...

The mango-dream 2.0 is so-slap-in-the-face good and flavorful. Each cup is not too sweet, well-balanced and has these coconut jelly silkiness thingies that is highly addictive. Even my picky mom in her 60’s, who is a picky eater, with diabetes; love it. Yummy! Just take my money — you deserve it!

Very fresh and delicious drinks! I hate boba tea that has a chemical, syrup-based or powdery after-taste you usually find at chain boba stores. The drinks at Boba Bliss tastes very natural. It gives your taste buds the happy feeling that only drinks made from real and scratch ingredients can only give.

My next favorite is the taro ube,... not sweet and very flavorful. The strawberry matcha is also a contender,... the puree is divinely delicious and fresh tasting. ...
