I came here in the morning when they 1st opened to avoid having to wait. These ladies are not following the health code standards - using tools that have not been properly sanitized, there was a spider crawling around next to the desk i sat at for my nails lol the person who did my toes didn’t ask she just filled them all the way down in a circular shape (they were already squared) they were lowkey rude too! When i get my nails & feet done i dont want to watch the tech’s every move I want to close my eyes & enjoy the massage chair. I missed having that type of experience here, I didn’t go back instead i went to Oh My Nails in hayward & had the set removed & started over with a full set...

I went in for a fill. I was missing a couple of nails as well. They convinced me to get a full nose set. She cut my Natural nails, so short and close to my nail bed that now that I’m home, the acrylic is hurting my nailbeds. When I got home, I also realized that some of the nails were longer and or thicker than the others Therefore, I filed Them down to the correct length and thickness… But having to pay and getting home to re-file is not it. VERY OVERPRICED for what I got. I went in for a full Gel X set SHORT nails. The nail tech was the one that recommended the Gel-x. Although she was super nice I just feel like I got ripped off for what I asked for $75+11(required) tip on their screen was just too ridiculous. I've asked around and Gel X nails usually cost $30-$50 the most, they're basically just press on's with a nail polish and she was only with me about 30 minutes. I feel like the price was all about location. I wont be going back for the price. I asked how much a fill would be for my nails she said...
