The reason for 2 stars isn’t because of the repair but because of the service or lack there of. I called the day before the repair and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. I set up an appointment for 10 am the next day and while speaking with Tony, the manager, I was told it would take 3 hours. I advised him I really needed it before 1pm because I had court and to please give me a call when it was done. Tony stated I would definitely get a call. At 6 pm I had still not received a call so I went to check on it. Of course Tony had left for the day and the guy there knew nothing about what had happened. Knowledgeable and courteous staff gave accurate price and wait-time info via phone. I was pleased that in-store clerk confirmed those estimates after testing old battery. Price was $50 LESS than MSRP or Amazon prices. Compliments to management on well-trained staff, store cleanliness, impressive stock variety and extended store hours.

Also, so-o-o pleased that clerk addressed me by name with either Miss, Ms or ma'am and did not automatically address me as "Mrs. ---" or the annoyingly patronizing "sweetie" or "honey". I'll be referring this excellent service to...

. I had scheduled an appointment for the repair. As soon as I arrived they examined my phone and proceeded to work on it. They gave me an estimate of 1 hour. When I arrived an hour later the phone was ready to go as promised. Price wise they were more reasonable then any repair shop except for the manufacturer Samsung and I would have had to send the phone to them and probably would not have had it back for several days. I would definitely use them again...
