UPDATE: [Unfortunately, after writing the following review, we cancelled all service (internet and 3 lines) because the person was not only toxic, but the way the put our order in made us overcharged, and since THEY did it wrong, T-Mobile could not help, at first. T-Mobile DID send out a refund card for the difference after about 60 days when their review board saw the errors in detail, but at that point the service had already been switched and there was no turning back. This is why rude managers like this should be fired, we were very happy customers before that, and they were an impediment to that by being our local representative of the company, and standing in our way of continuing to be happy customers.]

Rude and unskilled manager but friendly staff. AN ELDERLY PERSON had to wait 2 hours to have their account set up entirely wrong. They incorrectly charged to activate the wrong item, then told we could not be refunded until calling in another day. The service they activated was done incorrectly still, and billing was doubled and had to be fixed by calling customer service. the original false charge remained and upon calling to clarify, the manager "Mara" was incredibly rude, and said she didn't have time to hear "some long story" and that we could come in and "wait in line". We told her that was incredibly inconvenient after already so much inconvenience and that there was a disabled who could not easily just keep going to the store ... she barked that she "already said she didn't want to hear some long story" and hung up. We called back and asked if she seriously just hung up and she said yes, she didn't have time for us, and hung up again. A t mobile employee followed up with her and asked for her regional manager info and she refused and hung up on them as well. "Mara" the bad manager of this store should really consider giving her job up to one of the other employees at this store, they are much more...

When I arrived Emanuel was alone at the time and busy a little, he spoke as I walked in, as well as kept telling me he would be right with me. He acknowledged customers as he waited on other customers. He was focused and didn't make you feel like he was rushing you just to get to other customers, he spent time and made sure you got amazing service & he handled your issues. Later that day & next I had issues with ph that had nothing to do with Emanuel I spent a good 4 hours on ph & chatting with Sprint Tech Help & the issue never got fixed. I went back to Store to be greeted by Dawn & Derrick. After a ph call to Emanuel & trying to fix so said issue. Derrick said let's try one thing. It was a simple thing to do, & I can't believe he took care of my issue, Just like that, Emanuel, Dawn, & Derrick YOU ALL ARE FANTASTIC š . YOU ALL ROCK. From friendly, to helpful, to making customers feel comfortable & important, To solving a issue. THANK YOU ALL š SO MUCH. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNOT A REAL T-MOBILE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went into this T-Mobile today for help with a billing issue, we cancelled T-Mobile back in May and had received two autopay charges since. Went into the empty store to have an associate tell me we had to go to the Countryside location because they were the old Sprint store and we signed up before the merger. Also he could not currently help with any billing issues anyway because they did not have computers in the store. This location only exists to sell phones under the T-Mobile name. They cannot and do not provide billing assistance, technical support, or help fielding any general questions past the sales pitch. Take your business to a store location that provides support after purchase, the Countryside location answered all my questions promptly.
