I have never been treated so terribly in any store. The lack of care they show towards young customers is slim to none. I went to the store to find a present to surprise my mom and was treated with so much disrespect. I was ignored multiple times at checkout, waiting by the counter to be assisted where they assisted other customers and did not even ask if I needed help. When I finally was assisted after waiting for everyone else to be helped, they did not seem to care if I was a happy customer and shoved my stuff out of the way with another customers box of items. I felt very disrespected and disappointed as I was trying to find something special for my mom in the store. This shop is a must see if you’re headed into downtown Dunedin. I typically make it in at least once a year while visiting family and could spend hours here. Each vendor has their own unique selection that is always changing, and that’s a huge part of Knot on Main’s charm. My only complaint is that during my last several visits, there’s been an employee that constantly shadows us. I’m not sure if the store is dealing with an excessive amount of theft, but his constant presence is slightly overwhelming.
