Read moreI rarely write reviews like this, however after my recent experience, I felt compelled to share.
Just do yourself a favor & skip this place.
The service at this restaurant was beyond disappointing—one of the worst I've had in a long time.
The cashier, in particular, was incredibly rude & unprofessional, treating my friend & I with complete disrespect.
This kind of behavior not only ruins a meal but will undoubtedly drive future business away.
I hope the owner considers taking action to address this issue by either providing better training or, frankly, replacing this individual with someone less corrupt.
In my opinion, there is no room for unprofessional attitudes & negativity in a business.
Also, to add insult to injury, my $50 order was missing side items I paid extra for that never arrived to the table, & one dish was entirely wrong.
When I addressed the issue to the cashier, I was asked to pay more money to fix their mistakes, which felt entirely unethical & was the last straw for me.
I then had to request a full refund. As I got up from the table to leave, the employee hastily snatched up all the food in a strange frenzy. That was not just weird—it was downright uncomfortable.
This employee really spoiled the magic of this wonderful restaurant with a putrid careless greedy attitude.
The rest of the staff has always been so warm, friendly, & I’ve had no issues in the past.
However, this most recent experience was so off-putting that I won’t return
Instead I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place until real changes are made.
I know the owner truly values their customers so hopefully addressing the rude cashier after this review...prompts the necessary action.
Thanks...
Read moreI came in at 8pm. The restaurant was very quiet and closes at 9pm. My server Jose came over after a few min and I order a beer. After he punched it into his table side tablet, after about 10 min I had to ask for my beer. I ordered a pepperoni pie that states it is cup o char pepperoni….. which is a very specific kind. It is sliced incredibly thin, and it’s very small around. It cooks a certain way in high temp wood ovens which I’m sure is why they have it on the menu this way…. It’s the best. . What came out was like a deli thick sliced pepperoni which was overloaded on the pie. Some people may like this….. however it is nothing like what is shown and descriptive on the menu. My server Jose noticed I peeled off all the pepperoni and left it however didn’t much care to ask me why. Overall, I got the total feeling that the staff are more concerned about getting out of the restaurant and going home, than being at the restaurant. The had the entire gelato and dessert section of the restaurant closed down and the lights off by 8:15pm. This was nothing like my last experience a few years ago when they were a food truck at a brewery down the road. I drove a decent distance to eat this pizza…… I now know I don’t need to do...
