Bayshore Breeze Deli — Restaurant in Dunedin

First time customer and last time. Order was placed through grub hub, on the menu it reflects a burger as an item that can be ordered. I ordered this. When the food arrived we noticed no burger. I contacted the store and the people I spoke with sounded confused. It was later discovered they no longer offer the burger as an option and the manager was supposed to have removed months ago. Ok…would have been great if they had called me when I placed the order so that I could select a substitution. Fine, I let it go. I ordered a turkey sub that was supposed to be pressed, lo and behold- did not arrive pressed. The fries are completely different fries than advertised on their photos. Definitely not what I was expecting at $5/each. The po boy, underwhelming, very little shrimp in the sandwich and not enough sauce. Additionally the lettuce in our sandwiches appeared to already be browning. Side note, I also did NOT order lettuce in my sandwich, I actually asked for spinach. The food was good, and even though they got the order wrong they fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. The Google maps description did not lead me to think this was a gas station. It was surprising pulling in and going into the gas station convenience store. There was a little bit of seating though which was nice since we were expecting a dine-in lunch. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub and it was pretty tasty! We just grabbed sodas from the cooler and a bag of chips with it. The hot food looked pretty good but it was pre-made under lamps. Terrible food there the food rots they leave it there for a week and the kitchen is not at all sanitary preparing any of the food.
