Yesterday I got delivered Abinger sofa and a love seat from Ashley. And well where to start from??? I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME SHOPPING FROM ASHLEY.
The quality of a sofa and a love seat is very cheap and are extremely bad. The arms of the sofa are not stitched properly, the material is coming out and the staplers are coming out. The love seat is sinking in, and we can hear the sound. The back cushion of a love seat has no cushion like a sofa it seems like it's been used before. Yesterday right after the delivery I called Ashley and the lady on the other hand told me that a technician will come and fix all the issues. She told me that they will order all the tools and materials needed to fix the sofa and a love seat and the tools and material will come to my house. Once I receive the material and the tools, I should call them and then the technician will come and repair everything as needed. And she told me that it will take at least 10 days. I didn't receive any email or text message according to that so I do not have any proof of that I called them about the issues in the sofa and a love seat and they will send someone to fix it. I wasn't expecting this cheap sofa and a love seat that I have to go through every single stitch of it. But once I saw it on one arm of a sofa, I checked every single stitch of them. WOW I don't think so I have to do it after paying such a good amount of money to them.
And my god the smell, the sofa has a terrible smell, I am not sure what the smell is, but it is really toxic, and it has chocked my throat since yesterday. I am really worried about what I have smelled since yesterday and how dangerous it is...
Read more“DO NOT EVEN VISIT” this store. We met the Worst store Manager ever in our life who is VERY VERY extremely rude to their customer if you are not buying the product right away from them. We bought house and in order to make it “HOME” , we are looking some good but affordable furniture and in order to do that we are roaming from store to store to get good affordable stuff as Money don’t come that easy. Is it wrong? We almost liked one sofa set (cost :2000$) which we were about to purchase so obviously we have to ask questions and search for the similar items. But guess what, you can do this in the store. We were in the store at the closing time but was in middle of the discussion with one item with salesman. And since i know, how hard it is to stay in the store after closing hours so we kept saying the salesperson that we are LEAVING , we will come tomorrow to continue the discussion but he only insisted us to stay 10 more min as it is ok . Oh My God, the behavior of the store manager was like if he was high at that time, he was not ready to listen any word as we have wasted his time by staying in the store after hours(which his salesman only forces us to stay) and then that Manager literally pushed us away from the store door like we have done some crime there. Worst person ever I met. Even I had my child with me, and it was raining heavily outside but WHO cares. He introduced himself and allowed me to walk throughout the showroom without following my every move. Even though I was very limited with my information and conversation at the beginning of exactly what I was initially there for her was still persistent in his communication and delivery. The best professional salesman I've ever encountered cause these others out here just want a sale. Randall wanted to build rapport and assist me with my inquiries. He needs to train every salesman that gets hired I promise you the company will get nothing but 5 starsog they follow his instructions and process. I'm personally giving Randall 20 ⭐ because he deserves them all. We froze together in the showroom cause the air was on Antarctica however, I finally made my decisions and he printed out all of my quotes. Yes I had multiple cause I couldn't make up mind. He was very patient and observant not just that he's very knowledgeable about every piece of furniture in that showroom and if he don't know something trust and believe y'all about to learn and figure it out together.
