I can't say enough good about Best Tile's Anjali Rajendran. Her design and selection of tile and other materials look absolutely beautiful together! I also can't say enough good about Michael Miller/Tile Innovations and his craftsmanship! He and Anjali Rajendran were just a pleasure to work with. Once Michael Miller started the job he came and worked a full day every day and finished as soon as possible. And he really cleaned after the finishing the job. I picked up Michael Miller's card at Best Tile. My thanks to these Stars, and the owners and managers of Best Tile for running a business that has such integrity, good service, good products, and produces such good outcomes for customers like me. Prior to this I got scammed by "American Standard"' when I purchased their senior citizen "Freedom" shower, which I found online. Their materials and workmanship were fails. Their crew tried twice to install their shower correctly. I had to try again because "American Standard" left holes in the wall because their installer couldn't find the studs for the grab bars during the second installation and the shower didn't drain properly. This time I got a great installation with infinitely better quality materials and workmanship by shopping at local stores (Best Tile and Ferguson) and hiring a local contractor to do the work. The staff is amazing. Super patient, helpful and make the selection process very fun. My rating is based on their contractor recommendations. They are 100% upfront regarding their policy in that they do not take any responsibility for the work done by the contractors they recommend. However, I emailed the branch manager Tom Fuls regarding Justin Starkey, Keelyn Impervious Tile Solutions and I never received a response. He quit my project before completion, gave me an invoice and demanded the final payment two days later otherwise he would put a lien on my home. Without going into the details of what his workers did to my home and in my home, I would think the branch manager would at the very least acknowledge my email. Nevertheless, you are taking a risk with any contractor you hire; just be very diligent and be mindful of this one in particular. Good luck to everyone and I hope you end up with the remodel...

I love the showroom at Best Tile! I had the hardest time choosing my bathroom tile because they had so many options. My designer is Destiny and she helped me choose a couple of looks because I would still be searching if I were left to my own devices. They also let you take samples home so you can see how it looks in your light (you have to leave a credit card on file for that). Once you place your order if it is in stock it takes about a week or so to come in at the warehouse. They call you when it’s in and you pick up your order at the warehouse. I think it’s a little hard to spot the warehouse when driving by but other than that I had no issues. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at both locations.
