Localicious Caribbean Ice Cream — Attraction in Durham

The ice cream I'm sure is good. I wouldn't know because me and my children were never waited on or even greeted to try the ice cream out. When we entered there was a lady helping a couple out she was by herself at first. Which was not a problem at all. However she never greeted us or said hey I'll be with you as soon as I'm done helping them out never even made eye contact. That was strike one but i let it slide my children really wanted ice cream. Then this couple walks in, a gentle that works there walks in washes his hands and proceeds, to help this couple when me and my children had been waiting about 4-5 minutes. Instead of asking who was next, no sir I told my children let's go!! I will not be back but good luck to whomever patronize this...

As a frequent customer of the Lauderhill/Sunrise south Florida location I was uber excited to see that a new location was opening in the Raleigh-Durham area as I live in Raleigh (it was a super coincidence as this is my favorite ice cream). I visited today, during the grand opening. I give 5 stars, as the store is large, clean with excellent customer service. Also, all of the flavors are as expansive as the locations in South Florida, which include Grape nut, Rum raisin, sorrel, and dragon stout to name some. I will be returning again very often. Thank you so much Localicious for bringing your first location outside of south Florida to Durham....

Localicious has the best ice cream! The smooth, rich texture, unbeatable flavor that lingers after the last spoon, outstanding ingredients, and fantastic flavor choices have kept us coming back for more. I thought butter pecan was my favorite for life, but now Localicious has me debating between butter pecan, praline, black cherry, vegan strawberry, and pistachio! Every sample has been great and has made me want to take pints home. I thought I had good ice cream in my life, but then Localicious came along and blew my taste buds out of the water!
