I went in yesterday evening around 5 o'clock they closed at 7 I started talking to Steve in the manager he seemed pretty nice let me know immediately about this It continued twin bed. We looked at many others we was there 30 minutes 40. So then I said while gloutside and called my sister my left my phone in the truck. The act like he had something else to do he started letting me know that it'll be here for a few days nobody's been interested in it. And again I said well maybe I can get it took care of today I don't need to go caller he said no don't worry about it it'll be OKI don't know why he was trying to convince me and he did that is gonna be there so I Left. And I came back today and it was sold I showed up at noon and it said so I looked at him and said what is this you said for sure it would be here while somebody just came in and bought it I said but you let me know that it would be here I'm here to pay cash for it and he said sorry now you tell me how would you feel my granddaughter could not sleep last night because of wanting this to in bed so I took her in today and it was sold and he was the one convincing me 2 or 3 times Lord is my witness that it would be here And it was sold you tell me how you would feel not such a great company after all. Be cautious of this company and then I talked to somebody else and they offered to order me another one they was supposed to be discontinued how can they buy me another 1 maybe just a scammed deal for me to spend some money well did not happen you all decide yourself and see how good their product is if they lie about this though lie about...

My husband and I placed an order with this place 11 days ago. We were told our mattress would be in, in 10-14 days. My husband calls to check the status, the order was never placed. They blamed the website and said the company is on back order and now they have no idea when it will come in. Then they tried to give him the floor model mattress. No thanks! I am not paying $7,400 for a used mattress like are you kidding me. They couldn’t even call to tell us the order was never placed. I love the customer service, my experience here was excellent. Kevin helped me get the mattress I've been looking for! He was gracious to let me take the floor model of the nectar mattress I'd been wanting because he said he could order another. I am so ready to sleep on my mattress tonight after sleeping on a much thinner mattress. I have not been able to get a goodnight's rest in weeks. I am so thankful for my experience here today!
