Tri City Lanes — Attraction in Easley

This place is TERRIBLE. RUDE and very un-welcoming employees and management. There was a charge for water...really? You spend 30+ dollars and then I still have to pay for a cup of water? We were sold a pitcher of beer at 11.35 pm on new years eve and then a very rude lady came up to our table and said we had 5 minutes to finish our drinks and tried to take the pitcher off our table...really? Why sell me something and 5 min later try to take it away? I asked for my money back for the pitcher and she handed me cash from her back pocket...I should have asked for ALL or money back. I mean they were bothered by the kids accidently pushing the call button...if you can't handle kids in your establishment...post it on your website! Family friendly....right. We have been to many bowling alleys and this was the bottom of the barrel...run down...dirty and just a waste of money and time. In sum..our family felt very uncomfortable and did not enjoy our time...

Took my wife and daughter bowling here for the first time and it was the worst bowling experience ever. The ball return continually malfunctioned and after 5 times they stopped answering our call to fix it and accused us of using a dirty ball. After the 2nd frame of the second game we just gave up and decided to leave but in a last ditch effort to retrieve our balls we had to roll house balls in the gutter to get the ball return to reset. After 10 minutes it finally worked and we voiced our displeasure when we checked out and they had the nerve to charge us for 1 game 9 frames, 1 game 4 frames and 1 game 5 frames because of the rolls in the gutter to get our balls returned. She told us that she had no way of taking those rolls off of our tab nor did she apologize for not offering us any additional assistance. Stay away from this place!!!! I would drive 50 miles to another bowling alley if I had to in order to...

I have never been to a place that made me feel this unwelcomed. We walk in and Suzanne doesn't even acknowledge us for a while. She's not very friendly when she does. We (me and my kids) were the only ones there. We get lanes 17 & 18. Lane 18 broke over and over and over. The was no way she didn't know we were put in a broken lane. More people start coming in, and we realize it's only our lane. After we're done, I ask her if there's a way we can get our scores without the scores from when it broke and she said no. Didn't even offer a discount. You can imagine how our competition was obsolete after being in a broken lane that messed with the scores. She single handedly ruined our family time. When I asked her why it kept breaking, she gave two craps and said "I don't know, it does that". I never felt so uncomfortable with a worker.
