I am delighted to share my heartfelt review for the incredible cupcake shop that effortlessly catered to our needs and provided exceptional customer service alongside scrumptious and freshly baked cupcakes.

We encountered a minor hiccup when our neighboring party vendor refused to allow us to bring in our ice-cream cake. However, within moments, we stumbled upon this remarkable shop, avoiding any potential disappointment and guaranteeing a delightful treat for our gathering.

From the very instant we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our cupcake order perfectly matched our desires.

Aside from the unparalleled quality of the cupcakes, I must emphasize the outstanding customer service. The staff members were attentive, amiable, and went out of their way to ensure our utmost satisfaction.

Overall, I am immensely grateful to the cupcake shop for their exceptional service and mouth-watering cupcakes. They not only met but surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Customer service lovely -

I got a coconut cupcake: the cake itself had no coconut no coconut flavor - was just a regular vanilla cupcake—— the icing was cool whip which was super annoying —x.X - paying for a luxury cupcake for cool whip is not cool with me - the cool whip was covered in coconut but they def should have made actual coconut icing for the price - since real coconut cake is so good x.X (and actual coconut cake would have been luxurious but regular vanilla cake + cool whip = unhappy customer)

Bananana cream pie cupcake - oof cool whip again =[ ——- The only hint of bananas was custard drop at top of cool whip x.X —- the cake —- banana flavor ? Nope - regular plain vanilla

^^^ too frustrating for the price of these cupcakes - from someone who loves both banana cream pie and coconut cake

If I had known these two cupcakes did not come with real icing on top I would have never got them- at least real icing would have made it more enjoyable

The shop is superrrr cute - so hope whoever is in charge of recipes improves this for prices being charged

DO NOT TRUST WITH CUSTOM ORDERS! Went into the store to order some gender reveal cupcakes for my wife and myself. They called me an hour later about some questions on the order which we explained clearly. Picked up the order the next day and noticed once I got home that only 3 out of 6 cupcakes were not what we ordered. Somehow a cookie dough cupcake and peanut butter cupcake turned into a chocolate and red velvet cupcake. While talking about replacing the cupcakes to the correct ones the employee mentions the color frosting they will be filled with, ruining the gender reveal for me (thank god my wife did not hear). The manager then came on the phone trying to cover up their mistake saying I cut off her employee and that I heard incorrectly that she said Pink of Blue frosting. Employee mentioned on the phone "they will be filled with the ** frosting" to confirm the order. Decided to go to the Princeton location instead even though it was out of the way to get the correct cupcakes as this East Brunswick location does not know how to take an order correctly.
