We decided to go to Jumping Jungle for my son (4) and daughter's (2) joint birthday party because I wanted a place that ensured all of the birthday go-ers would have a fun time, but that I could actually be part of the party and enjoy it. Jumping Jungle took care of EVERYTHING! They called me a few days before the event to confirm headcount and we went through the menu for add-on's. I decided to add in food for the adults/parents since the kids food was already included in the package that I selected. It was catered from a local gem, Maria's, and the food was outstanding! Back to Jumping Jungle - they coordinated the most fun event! They were also safe, and ensured that everyone watched a safety video before jumping. I loved how they rotated the sides to keep everything fresh and fun. Everything was also so very clean! And once the kids were done with one side, you saw them clean the inflatables before they were taken down - it was great to see the cleaning standards in effect. The bubbles were a blast for out little ones, and the toddler area was perfect for our littlest of guests. The party attendants were so attentive, they set up the party tables, set up a couple extra decorations that I brought, set up the cake, and the candles on the cake, ensuring that everything was picture perfect, coordinated the lunch time, and the cake time. The favors were water bottles with some fun things inside and a balloon stick. The presents were able to be sorted in a cart that could be wheeled out to our car. Seriously, everything was taken care of. They even took pictures and sent us the link afterwards. It was an incredible day, one that all of our friends and family said was the best birthday party. Thank you Jumping Jungle, for such a reasonably cost friendly event, and making this my favorite party that we have had for our kiddos - it was the one that I was able to enjoy the most. Thank you!

After reading management reply to negative reviews pushing back on customer. I still felt to write this. Paid 700+$ for a 12 kids party. And absolute no flexibility, there are many I wished I knew before booking this place. Don't book a party from 12 to 2 PM if you don't want kids to stay hungry. Be prepared for extra extra tips and addons...for zero service..DO YOUR HOME WORK. Firstly, I booked a slot for 12:45 PM on a Sunday assuming that it is Sunday families would take time to come in. Was called on Tuesday 5 days ahead for food including adults and owner made me pay balance. While everything is expensive, we went ahead hoping it would be great experience. To our surprise she said they would bring food at the end. That is 2:16 PM. I felt bad for kids that they had to stay till that time. No flexibility what so ever. I was told if they had food they could throw up. Well I hoped for some flexibility, least have cake and go back to play. Secondly there was a dedicated host/hosts for us(supposingly). Who barely did anything. Only time used to interact is when they wanted us to move kids or if kids are going into other areas. They did not participate/ encouraging kids sing a bday song, nothing. 2 Girls were working there keep talking between themselfs all the time. No refills of pizaa unless asked. There was this inflatable chair in party roomb my kid was not sat at. They did not take any pics there while cake cutting..what a waste. But at the end they wanted a tip no less than 100$ including the food order. Another surprise. ..after paying 658$ ( by the way I only gave 60$ as tip, which should be 0$ after paying that much). I guess for 700+$ I am going to say very disappointed.

You can view other low reviews and see the sentiment is shared. Allow me to begin by saying you did in fact refuse to speak to a customer when I requested and you were on premises, so please do not lie in your response and you shouldnt have to speak to a manager with the owner present and a dissatisfied guest. I am very reasonable, but this place does not offer what you pay for. I'm offering this for customers to be informed as a busy parent who was looking for ease, it was far from easy. I have no issue spending money when it's worth it, but this place seems greedy and tacky. I signed up for a package and a time. I was throwing two parties in the day [AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND MY HOME], and I would have been better off renting bounce houses in my yard. I expected the place to have rooms like Pump it Up where one is dark theres loud music and bubbles etc. Instead, it's one big room with 5 inflatables and a low speaker to play music [competition is definitely less $ for more thats public info]. It looks like a rented space where they placed inflatables. The kids play on two and can see the others deflated until the 30 minutes are up (not a millisecond more or less) and then they deflate and move them to the other side that they saw all along. If you don't have another party, just let them play. It looks empty and tacky. I understand they want to double book the space, but it's one big open space and really should be more to the package for what it is since there's no element of excitement. They need to add games or something for the cost. We had my son's at an Imagine play and they added games and bubbles for $423. We also brought our own food and the kid food was included in the package. So that was my fault for expecting more from this establishment after such a wonderful experience elsewhere. The staff here was great but they set up and supervise, they don't interact. They were really nice and the hostess at the front was sweet even when I was livid that they included my 12 month as part of the package when there's nothing for him to do but walk around (again they just want money-you did include him in my count and you didnt charge because less people showed). They wanted to charge $100 to bring our own food for adults and overcharged for pizza at almost $25 a pie. [Yes, you do have this charge I didn't say I was charged. We were forced to buy yourpizza. I had ONE specialty.] We never got the bubbles we had to pay-Sorry I thought I added bubbles but it was really $115 for pizza & kids who didn't show cause of covid. I asked to switch the time in advance after checking to see if it was still available (and it was), and that was a $50 charge until I fought it.

When they put a wristband on my 1 year old I asked to speak to the owner. Saw him, but didn't know who he was and he refused to talk to me. Said I was already spoken to on the phone. The entire vibe is like someone renting out inflatables for profit and definitely not customer service. You have to bring your own cups, plates, etc[& you called me to remind me to bring my own products which i did]. I spent $613 for an underwhelming experience when its really that much for an hour. Surely he'll say I knew via email, but the idea is not that I "know" when you send the invoice", its that you run a business like this at all. I really booked because I didn't have time for the inconvenience and wanted a package that would make life easier. Save your money, and go somewhere where they respect customers enough to speak to them and don't nickle and dime without providing a phenomenal experience. If you go anywhere else, you'll expect more. Poor workers have to do the dirty work because he won't address customers and makes them deal with the problems. Some of my guests have been there before and share the same sentiment. I was actually embarrassed that I made people travel there and back home to the pool with a gorgeous yard that could have held a bounce house for less and the same experience.

Thank you to the three workers for all of your help. It was...

Response to Owner: Thank you for your delayed response, 8 weeks after our event. I am disappointed by the lack of consideration given the issues we encountered during our party. I find it unjustifiable to charge $100 for outside food when your facility lacks substantial offerings for guests. The restriction of "up to 4 items of outside food" is impractical, kids & everyone left the party starving. While your response doesn't surprise me, I must express my dissatisfaction.

I do not recall this "bubble time" you speak of. We were promised 12 balloons and 12 goodie bottles according to our invoice, but these were not provided. I'd love to see the photos of the alleged "bubble time" as we strived to make the best of a subpar situation.

Contrary to your claims, there were no VR games available, and we were neither informed nor made aware of any technical issues with these games. Several other guests have echoed similar sentiments in their reviews, indicating a systemic problem.

We spent $574.71 for this event, which we consider a complete waste of money. Despite this, there has been a lack of accountability on your part. Instead of addressing our concerns, you redirect us to your fine print.

Kid's Party Recommendation: SKY ZONE. Phenomenal experience for my nephew's birthday last month. Hosts set up everything in a private air-conditioned room, including refrigeration for our sheet cake, napkins, candles, utensils, tape, scissors, Ice, tablecloths, hats, stickers, cutlery, 2 boxes of pizza, COLD fruit punch & lemonade. Our decor was welcomed, and hosts assisted. We brought 8 boxes of XL Pizza, large trays of chicken fingers, fries, salad, condiments, 2 cases of soda & water for FREE. This package was $450. Kids enjoyed every moment; staff was welcoming, attentive & respectful.

Original Review condensed: I wish we would have taken the time to read the negative reviews because they all share the same sentiment as do I. The place is a complete waste of money & we would have been far better off anywhere else. Our reservation was from 3-5pm. Apparently the gig is that kids get 30 min to play on one side of the inflatables and 30 min on the other side as another party comes in and then you get 45 min in a party room. You’d assume that you get the full 2 hours for kids to play while the party room is occupied by the adults; but that’s not the case. It was beyond stressful. We wanted to set up our things for the party, arrived at 2:30 like we were advised that we could but there was a party in the room. We stood around till 3:45 then set up. Staff member told one of our guests that her kids needed to get out & move to the other side (verbatim). Literally 4 or 5 inflatables in poorly lit room. No fun, no music, tacky & overpriced. We paid $100 to bring in our own food, limit 4 items. We spent $120 to bring in a few platters for the adults & had to pay the $100 to even bring it in… SCAM. It’s pretty much a bunch of kids putting pizza slices on a plate and pouring jugged lemonade and we were asked if we’d like to leave gratuity. Absolutely not. It was hot in the room, pure chaos. The kids were frustrated, adults were frustrated & overall, I feel scammed. There is absolutely nothing appealing about this place. I shared my dissatisfaction while there & I got a silly run down about having to keep things moving for other parties & asked if we wanted to leave gratuity. Which btw they note gratuity at 18% - 25% which I declined. I have never, ever declined to tip, but I just could not in good conscience leave them any more money or let my niece (hosting the party) leave another dime, after we felt so scammed. Their way of functioning is ridiculous & they should rethink their business strategy. I really wish we could get our money back! At least that ridiculous $100 fee to bring in outside food because we literally barely brought anything. Kids barely got to play. Don’t even THINK about wasting your money here. I genuinely wish we could get our...

I just had my sons 2nd birthday party here on Saturday 8/4/16 and i was completely unsatisfied with every aspect of what was suppose to be a fun and special day for my son. For starters ALL the jumping equipment was deflating horribly; kids under age 5 were sinking in and you could feel the holes where the air was coming out! Also, when came time for the party room the so called hosts didnt even bring out my sons additional cake and cupcakes that i brought in until i asked them why it was not out and they looked confused and had no idea about it apparently! Also the girls hosting literally stood in the corner with arms crossed and did not interact with the kids whatsoever! And the girl cutting the cake cut it like a 5 year old would, completely massacring it. And to top it all off while the girls were wheeling our gifts out to the car the girl put muy sons cupcakes laying on there side in the cart so we fixed them to put them up right and then minutes later the girl dropped/ dumped my sons CAKE and CUPCAKES on the ground ruining them and also broke a glass present in one of the gift bags! I am OUTRAGED and disgusted with the management! i called and spoke with her about everything and all she could say was that she apologized and thats all she said she could do! She completely disregarded that my sons cake and cupcakes were now destroyed which was a good amount of cake and almost all cupcakes,. She didnt refund for ANYTHING that was destroyed or broken! These people charged me roughly $545 for this party that they ruined and was a complete disappointment. I was more annoyed at the fact that i already paid my bill and left the girls a tip before they destroyed my sons cake and broke a gift, which i shouldnt have left at all based on EVERYTHING else they did wrong to ruin the day! I would not recommend ANYONE here ! i am so disappointing. Thanks jumping jungle for completely ripping me off and not taking responsibility for my sons gift and cake and cupcakes and our horrible service and misleading website! I blame the management of this place and they lost out on 2 more parties my family members were going to book before the experience we all had! I had family drive from NEW YORK to come and this was truly...
