Worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. And I have tried to give them a chance, I recently moved and they are super close to my house. The first time I went I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, I always get all of my orders supreme with steak, however that day I was told that they have run out of the steak because I had order Doritos fiesta Loco‘s tacos and according to them the tacos took over the remainder of the steak they had. Since it was later in the night I let it go and I said it was OK to give me the crunch wrap supreme with ground beef but when I got home there was no ground beef or steak or anything except lettuce tomatoes and sour cream inside of my crunch wrap supreme. The second time I went they also ran out of steak, and they totally forgot to include a crunchy taco and a Chalupa in my whole order which was charged and paid for and the receipt but no worries to be found within my bags. I just got home from giving them their third last chance, from now on I’ll be going to the second Taco Bell location closest to me which is a whole prime or minutes away but I rather a better experience. Today I realize they had this new specialty naked chicken Chalupa taco which is a taco made out of chicken shell I specifically asked what was it about and I was told it was a chicken shell breaded inside it was cheese guacamole or avocado tomatoes and a little bit of lettuce I ordered two of them, one for my husband and one for myself, when I started eating mine I complained that there was no avocados, and he said what avocados? there wasn’t any avocados in mines either. The rest of my tacos which I order with steak as I usually do we’re quite salty and my husband said of course they forgot the sour cream and it is constantly that they keep messing up orders they keep messing up products they keep messing up everything and it’s a very unpleasant experience. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because I realize in the review section that this is not an uncommon practice and it’s happened to me three times. I understand that sometimes things get a bit crazy when it comes to fast food restaurants, I worked in some during my undergrad so I can understand, however this is a very nice area, all restaurants and shops have been incredibly pleasing and so well servicing except this particular Taco Bell, and it’s bothersome that they don’t have the basic decency to review and check and provide the best product they can there wasn’t even a line behind me there wasn’t even cars in front of me I went at 4 PM on a Saturday, they...

Our family of idiots continues to order from this restaurant, despite the fact that we are often missing an item or two in our order. We don't even manage to follow the advice I wrote in my original review and check the take-out bag before leaving, because, let's face it -- the only reason parents order Taco Bell for their family on a Monday night is because they are already so weary and burnt out that the best they can do is re-order the exact same order they placed in the app last Tuesday.
No major weeping has occurred in the past over a missing bean burrito here or a spicy potato soft taco there, but tonight's missing item cost nearly $8. I called the restaurant and received no apology; I was told that they cannot refund my credit card because it's a third-party app but if I come back sometime (not necessarily today), they will remake the order for me. I'll give that a try before filing a dispute with my credit card company.

original review If you decide to visit this Taco Bell location, you absolutely must check your take-out bag before leaving. I cannot remember the last time I ordered food here (at the drive-up, at the kiosk, at the counter -- it doesn't make a difference) and wasn't missing at least one item that I paid for. Tonight we got home to find two items missing. Usually I just figure, eh, it's cheap food, who cares? But tonight both items were for the same person and were that person's entire meal, so we went back. I showed the staff member at the register my receipt and explained which items were missing from the bag, and he didn't say a single word to me. He just turned around and told another staff member to make those items. I didn't need him to grovel at my feet, but a quick, "Oh, sorry about that," would've been appropriate. The other problem at this location is that they ignore the labels on the wrappers and just wrap every type of item with the same food name showing. Read moreDisgusting experience, from the moment I walked into the restaurant. I have been here multiple times but always through the drive thru. They have messed up my order a few times so this time I decided to go inside. I walked in and was the only one at the register. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me or greet me. I ordered the Gordita box that was being advertised and they denied me and said it was discontinued. This was there advertisement not only outside the store but inside the store as well. I told the man ok, and to please charge me separately for each item. I then asked for 2 large drinks. Now for the past few times I've been here I have noticed the Baja Blast had tasted a little off. I chose to try it out. I poured it in both cups and to my surprise the colors were completely different. I tried the darker one out and it was decent but the other one was completely spoiled. I tried another drink and it was the same thing. I told the employee about this and just asked for a bottle of water instead as their machine has something wrong with it and I do not want to be sick. The man looked at me and said it would be $1 each. I was appalled! There machine is giving a foul taste and I have to pay for their mistake. The employee asked what drink I wanted and poured them from the drive-thru. The same thing happened as the Baja blast was 2 different colors again. I now was furious and left the store.
