Bella Bianca Deli — Restaurant in Milltown

We have been waiting for the opening of Bella Bianca and were SO excited to give it a try on Saturday! First impressions are important, and Bella Bianca didn't disappoint!

The renovations to the space are IMPRESSIVE. It's huge, clean and so well done! All of the food in the showcases looked fresh and appetizing. Prices were clearly displayed, and not outrageous.

The sandwich menu really has something for everyone, and really cute names too!

Our only problem, was deciding WHAT to order, because we wanted to try EVERYTHING!

We ordered a bunch of things and we LOVED everything we tried!

"The Stein" (Amazing eggplant, so flavorful) "The Army" (Sausage w/ peppers and onions on delicious crusty garlic bread- OMG, mouth watering!!) "Sam the Man" (Roast Beef w fresh mozz, let/tom and Peter Luger sauce- the perfect amount of tang from the sauce, really hit the spot- and the roast beef was so fresh and tasty!) "The Lil Basil"- (delicious fresh turkey, mozz, balsamic glaze- perfection!!)

Then of course, I had to take home some of the deliciousness from the prepared foods! Eggplant Rollatini: 10/10- seriously, try it! Best I have had in a LONG TIME!! -Rice Balls: 10/10 - SO GOOD!! -Chick Pea Salad: Perfect! The flavors were fresh, bright and delish!! -Rigatoni ala Vodka: SO tasty!!

This place has ZERO misses, from their sandwiches, house made gelato, salads and customer service. This place beats all the viral Italian sandwich shops I’ve tried in the city.

My brothers and I stopped by 30 minutes before closing to try and grab a quick dinner for the night. We tried the Bella Bianca, the 160 (cutlet and vodka sauce), the steak sandwich, and the FD italian. And every single one was so delicious and so thoughtfully made. The vodka sauce was rich and creamy, the steak was so tender, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. Even at the end of the day, we were so surprised at how soft their Italian bread was.

Their gelato is seriously one of the best I’ve ever tried. The gelato was creamy and soft, with the perfect balance of toppings mixed inside. We highly recommend the chocolate, salted caramel pretzel and the graham cracker flavors.

My new go to for food! So far ive had the uncle tony marinated skirt steak and it was phenomenal. Really loved the eggplant rollatini,stuffed mushrooms, and rice balls as well. Milltown is lucky to have this GEM of a deli. Thank you to Pete and Bianca! Ill be seeing you alot. You will do great. Can't wait to have the meatballs later! Update had a piece of lasagna yesterday and it was delicious and sauce on the side fantastic I even had enough sauce to make a dish of angel hair with the leftover sauce.
