My first time here, it’s Saturday morning at 9AM EST - I’m sitting at the bagel shop while writing this review and eating a yummy - BIG cream cheese bagel with my daughter and husband. We both agree that their bagels are AMAZING! They are the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and doughy on inside!

The ladies customer service skills are bomb 💥 - and I’m not easily impressed - there was a huge line that transpired while we were giving our order, she managed it with such efficiency - I am shocked and impressed! I have local bagel stores around me, that will no longer have my business because I will definitely be frequenting this place more often!

DO NOT HESITATE TO COME HERE!...

Where to begin? 45 min call in advance just to get there and they tell the chef what i want when i arrive instead of making it in advance. NO ONE!!! wears gloves preparing your food but cough and sneeze repeatedly in the prep area(had to leave after seeing that)...cant forget I saw with my own eyes the waitress serve a man, who was eating in the establishment, take his plate wipe off his leftovers, then serve another customer on SAME plate without washing it. I had the grilled chicken and vegetables wrap from Milltown Bagel Bazaar and it was incredible! The chicken was perfectly grilled, the veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the cheesy sauce brought it all together in the best way.
