On Monday I went into Best Buy to look at washer/dryer combos. I met Tahji & she went over the different models with me. I didn’t have allot of space & she was very knowledgeable on the product information, she had an answer for every question and she was extremely friendly. I felt confident in the information she had given me so I went home and did some research. Today, I went back to Best Buy to purchase the machine - but had one more important question. Tahji was off but Topher helped me out. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressive staff. Great personalities too. I purchased the Whirlpool. The price was very reasonable- It’s the perfect size, and it has a glass top, soft close washer with the dryer on top. They have free delivery and only charged me $30 to hook it up. Just a little side note: I went to PC Richard first. When he priced out a similar machine for me they charge $75 for delivery and $150 to install. Why shop here when I saved $120 on delivery and installation at Best Buy? You can’t beat it. Go to BEST BUY-~! The customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Tahji & Topher.

Purchased a dish washer from this Best Buy in October. They used a 3rd party to install. Installers cracked 7 kitchen floor tiles when installing and apologized. I called the day of the install and filed a claim with Best Buy. The next day the owner of the 3rd party install company called and offered me only $100 for the damages. I told her the floor was less than a year old and I would like to have it repair or go through insurance. The owner then blocked me so I went into the store and spoke with Corey metrokotas the GM. He said Sedgwick, their insurance would contact me and full fill the claim. I never heard from them for over a month and had a cracked floor for thanks giving. Two weeks later I get an email from Sedgwick and provide all the info and quotes. They never respond back after that nor can be accessed by phone or email. I still have a broken floor more then two months later and their insurance company is ghosting me. I need my floor fixed asap.

My experience with scheduling a home security system installation through Best Buy customer service that used a third party is a nightmare! I can’t believe an organization can have such a unprofessional install company for home security. The Best Buy customer service will schedule any window time you choose, then you will get a call 6-6:20 pm night before from 3rd party that they are coming between 2-6 or 3-6 pm regardless of your availability when I requested 7-1 window. First incident appointment made in East Hanover store when I purchased equipment, I received call from Maria in late evening around 6 pm night before scheduled date, the third party install for home security installation called night before and said it was changed to 3-6 pm , when I told her that I am not available, they continued to reach out and called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, said they are on their way between 6-6:30pm. Maria from 3rd party said she will reschedule to Friday am and will ask her supervisor, no call back. Went to store manager, East Hanover, spoke with jordy to reschedule and told him how they are changing scheduling window. He scheduled again am, same exact process, again received call from 3rd party trying to get me to go along with evening appointment change and informed me day before, 3rd party calling to confirm night before at 6-6:30 pm. same call again day prior to installation before from Maria, said 7-1 was scheduled 3-6 pm, told her not available, again she told me 11-2 and told me she will call my supervisor to change. Dishonest again, this time said they will come 11-2, I get a call from them at 6:19 tonight saying that they were on their way over!! Really, Best Buy, you should be ashamed!!! Same exact nonsense on all appointments, management did not respond to my email. bb will schedule and third party will decide at 6 pm night before when they feel like coming! One should not make mistake choosing Best Buy over other stores. We ordered a washing machine and dryer on Feb 18,2019 at 6:31PM, PAID IN FULL. We were suppose to get delivery on 3/23/2019, given pick up window 12 to 6 pm. A week before we got a call for delivery confirmation, A day before delivery, we got another call for confirming our order would be delivered. On the day of delivery, We got a call from Miera/Mira - customer service of Best Buy, she asked us to call store or VISIT the store to find out information on whats going on with our unit since they do not see them on the system and the order is not available for delivery. She said she is not able to talk to the store, she wanted me to drive to the store and find out what the issue is on my own. After couple calls to the store- spoke to Aaron in appliances he tried to find out the issue , got a call from driver saying I will be at your location in 20 mins, another call from driver saying I am at your house. I was at my house and NO ONE WAS THERE for any delivery. I went to the East Hanover store around 5pm. Spoke to the Appliance Manager - Kevin Jarrett, he also tried to find out the problem, he emailed warehouse manager and advised us as soon as he get back to him he will call us. He called around 9 pm the same day saying he did not get any update. Till Now No update on the FULL PAID Appliances. No response from Nobody.. After spending $1400, i still have to go to the store and find out my own how to get my money back and go to another store to again look for the appliances. WASTE OF MONEY and TIME. I TOTALLY REGRET MAKING THIS PURCHASE AND IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. TILL THIS VERY MOMENT, NOTHING HAS BEEN...

Associates do try here. It is a great place to get some knowledge in what product you are interested in. Managers are a bit stressed as well as workers because they are constantly trying their best. They have a huge selection of gaming and technology devices. If they don't have it in stock then they will order it for you. They have many great bundle deals and will always explain to you exactly what you are getting. As a former employee, I was treated fairly when I was there but not so fair when I had to go to the hospital and couldn't make the shift due to medical reasons. They say they are fair on mental health but in reality, many companies aren't anymore. I was told that I had a no call no show even though I did call and couldn't call within a certain timeframe after that call. I was pressured into signing some garbage paper acknowledging that I did a no call and no show. I quit due to medical reasons. Overall, employees are great, management is great as well, and everyone knows their stuff. I would recommend for anyone looking to get a tech setup or a simple work or gaming computer. A lot of time goes into training for their employees. The computer department and the management for the department is probably the best you'll find anywhere in the district. Please take their advice as they try to meet your needs. 14 day return policy, open or used. They also sell refurbished laptops.
