Five Below — Attraction in East Hanover

Wish I never went here to shop… rude rude rude women who claims to be a manager. So long story short I purchased a few items, which included a phone case that did not fit. I went back into the store to return the item and a manager was called. She stated she couldn’t return the item without a bar code being that the receipt was emailed. I should’ve known it would go left, she started talking to me aggressively, then I informed her the receipt was emailed to me, if that’s the case why does it give an email option. She started talking angrily and asked if I wanted her to lose her job. I am not sure where that came from. I told her she has bad customer service. I regret not recording her behavior me not wanting it to escalate. She ended up returning the item after getting off the phone with her store manger. All of this over an item that I just purchased for $5. The women told me to get out and everything, felt like an episode from Black Mirror. I had no clue what happened. She returned the item all while telling me to get out and expected me to stay to sign the return receipt. I got my receipt and left.
