I had a 250 mile gravel event one week before July 4th weekend. Running out of time; James and his crew took my bike in, gave it the proper tuning it needed. I needed brake lines, shifter lines, handlebar wrap, front derailleur, rear derailleur, and a seat clamp. These guys in East Hanover delivered and the bike performed perfectly in Vermont. So here is my complaint. Several months ago I went in needing a new bike seat. I was surprised that they charged $10 to change it, but I didn't know how tight the screws might be so I told him to go ahead and do it. The new seat was terribly uncomfortable.
