Forum Coffee in East Hanover, NJ, is a gem that blends quality, charm, and a true sense of community. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood forever. The owner’s warm hospitality sets the tone, making every visit personal and inviting.

Their house-roasted coffees are exceptional, with a depth of flavor that reflects true craftsmanship. Tea lovers aren’t left behind either, with over ten varieties to choose from. And let’s not forget the pastries—each one pairs perfectly with their beverages, elevating the experience to another level.

Forum Coffee’s hours are convenient for everyone—early risers and evening coffee-goers alike, opening as early as 5:30 AM on weekdays and 6:00 AM on weekends. With plans to expand to Livingston, West Orange, Cedar Grove, and Chatham in 2024 and 2025, it’s clear that Forum Coffee is a growing staple in the area.

If you’re in East Hanover or one of their upcoming locations, this is more than just a coffee shop—it’s an experience. A must-visit for coffee enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates a great cup in a...

UPDATE: Warning for anyone visiting this business!! After posting my honest review below, the owner of the company stalked my family and POSTED a picture of my husband on social media! What kind of business is this?? Very scary to think if your experience at Forum is not positive, they will go to these extremes!

Original Review: I am not too sure what all the hype was about for this place. I was super excited to try it and honestly it was just an overall terrible experience. I came in with my daughter and they clearly aren’t very kid friendly. No high chairs (offered at least) and you could never fit a stroller in here either. Ordered a pastry, coffees, and a cold drink and the cashier seemed almost annoyed, not friendly at all. Gave me my pastry cold and it was so dry (almost inedible) and the coffees were in a “to go” cup and looked nothing like the website. This could have definitely been a better experience, especially since there are not too many around...

Forum Coffee is a hidden gem that redefines what a café experience can be. From the moment you step in, the sophisticated ambiance envelops you, making it feel like a sanctuary for coffee lovers. The decor blends modern elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The real star here, though, is the coffee—it’s nothing short of exceptional. Every cup is crafted with the utmost care, using high-quality organic beans that elevate your senses with each sip. The richness and depth of flavor are so mesmerizing, I’d take it in an IV if I could! The manager and owners add to the charm with their friendly, warm demeanor, always ready with a smile and a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. It’s also a wonderfully kid-friendly and family-oriented spot, making it the perfect place for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re looking to relax, work, or simply indulge, Forum Coffee offers an experience that’s as refined as the...

Friendly and attentive staff. Was on my to Costo on Route 10 and stumbled onto this newly open coffee shop. The interiors make you feel like your at a Madison Ave cafe in Manhattan or beach cafe in Santa Monica with the floor to ceiling windows and great lighting. They made me the best flat white and if it wasn’t for my dietary restrictions before doctors visit I would of ordered all the pasties and quiches which looked and smelled savory and sweet. I look forward to visiting more in the future and avoiding the Route 10 traffic and cold strip mall feeling of Dunkin Donuts or QuickCheck (though the new QuickCheck is quiet awesome). There seems to be plenty of parking spots out front and back.
