I wouldn't trust these people, last year around November we tried to schedule our daughter's quinceaniera and met with with a guy there who was very explanatory of the event to be scheduled, he is a nice person and was very clear on things that we will get with the package and one of the things he mentioned was that whatever deposit we give to make a reservation it will be refunded to us if we cancel it on time. In December we send a deposit of $ 1,000.00 for our event scheduled for January but unfortunately I got sick and needed a surgery done which came unexpectedly with extra expenses. By middle of December we called to cancel it and long story short they didn't want to give us our deposit back saying that there is no refunds and that we can get a store credit which we don't need it anymore. Ask first all details about deposits refunds and don't trust if they said they will give you back if you cancel it unless it is written. I'm not going to use this place ever in my life and I'm not recommending to use...

I am honestly so happy with how my daughter's sweet 16 turned out. Lisa and her team did such an amazing job. From the minute we decided to book with Powerhouse Studios, it was all such an easy experience. Lisa answered all my questions throughout the months leading up to the date and was so patient with me. I could not have asked for a better team of people. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcomed. They were very accommodating with all my requests prior and during the party. Our guests loved the game show, kids and adults alike ... everyone was able to join in the fun and our birthday boy felt like a star. Besides the game show, kids played video games together and were able to cash their chips in for prizes.

The pizza and drinks were good, we brought our own snacks and cake. The wraps were not very good, I would not recommend them.

Damon, our game show host, was professional and great with the kids (and adults). He had everyone engaged in the show, which I am sure is challenging when dealing with 23 7-8 year old children.
