Update: One year in to having our windows replaced we renovated our bathroom, our contractor replaced our interior window frames, all three of the windows are now leaking water into our newly renovated bathroom from our newly installed windows. The contractor is claiming that they are not responsible because the windows were not properly sealed from the outside, AGM is saying they are not responsible because there was no visible damage prior to the frames being replaced. It has been a week and neither the contractor nor Paul is claiming any responsibility to reseal the windows. We paid over $35,000 between the windows and bathroom renovation so I'm extremely disappointed from the lack of customer service. I thought the windows had a lifetime warranty since the other window companies I dealt with prior all offered it. I guess AGM does not. I contacted them over a week ago, sent over pictures, went back and forth via text. When I asked if someone could be sent to reseal the three windows, after purchasing 35 one year ago, I no longer recieved any response back. I am very disappointed, and now I'm worried that I went with the wrong company. What if I have other issues with my windows in the future, will I be treated the same way?
Original review: Paul, the owner, is great! He came out himself to measure all 35 of our windows. His pricing is very fair. He sells a great product, with no gimmick. He runs a very honest company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone replacing their windows. One of the best experiences I have ever had...
Read moreWe are in Northern New Jersey and decided to have windows replaced in our house so we researched various window brands and installers. My son had windows replaced in his townhouse and he was happy with them so we looked into the brand of window he used. The brand is Okna which is in Bristol, Pennsylvania. I read a lot of articles in various forums comparing and contrasting manufacturers. The reviews for Okna were really positive. I also read about other window manufacturers such as Andersen, windows sold by Home Depot and Lowes. I found out that the versions of windows sold by the big box stores are not the best of quality. Okna has a great limited lifetime warranty.
We then looked for an authorized installer. We found AGM Windows and I spoke to Paul. We started with an Okna slider and a picture window with casement windows on each side. We thought we would replace many of our windows and doors but wanted to see how the install went.
The first replacements went so well, we decided to do more. We ended up replacing all 32 windows and 4 doors. We are very happy with the results. The windows and doors are of high quality and the installation is extremely clean, detailed and professional. We couldn't be happier with the result. The slider is Okna while the other steel doors are HMI.
Paul was great to work with and knows...
Read moreAfter several reviews and quotes from various companies, I decided to use OKNA windows and slider doors and go with a company licensed contractor. I had 13 windows and a slider to replace. I contacted AGM Windows and Doors. Paul the owner was prompt with his appointment and showed me what he had to offer and a quote for the windows and door and the installation. The quote he gave me was very competitive and realistic as opposed to other quotes. He was very professional and explained all aspects of the product and the warranty. He was not pushy and let me decide. I was given a time line of 6 weeks to have the windows and sliders ready. He came back in 5 weeks and told me, he was ready to come and have the installation done. The installation went with a breeze. The work was completed in a day with the help of 5 workers. The installation was very professional and the workers went the extra mile to make sure the windows and doors were installed well and all gaps were sealed and the cleanup process was they way it was when they arrived. I would recommend AGM Windows and Doors (Paul) to my friends and family. You won’t be...
