This place is awesome! My 18month old loved it. I didn't take many photos with him not in it else I'd have more to share. The plants are cool in themselves, that they have herbs to smell and vegetables to taste, but besides that they have a few small ponds with water interactives, things that kids like to climb and explore like the train, the tree house, the very curved bridge, the huts, and I especially loved the maze. There is a musical feature in the sidewalk at one end. Several statues of people my son enjoyed touching since they were lifelike. We went at the end of August and it was perfect.

I love the children's gardens! Growing up in the area, I've gone many times, and it's nice to return as an adult and enjoy the plants, as well as the activities - the foot chimes, the spitting frog fountain spinner, the maze, etc. The rest of the gardens are great, too, and even if they aren't all planted or blooming yet, there are plenty of trees, bushes, and perennials to see.

What a beautiful little garden. I wish I had known about it sooner. I didn't come with any children, but they still let me walk around 😆 I love seeing all the flowers and plants that can grow in our area on full display. It's beautiful to look at, and it is inspiring to see what could be done in my own backyard. Absolutely worth a trip out here.

The Children's Garden is a wonderful place to spend a few hours getting away from the reality of the world. I love to stop by on weekends early in the morning and look at the world through a child's eye. You can go over the bridge or play in the sand. Or walk over the chime grid and enjoy the simplicity of being a child for a few minutes. If you have children this is a great place to teach your family about all the beautiful plants that can be grown in our terrific state. I have spent many hours when my children were growing up taking pictures and laughing with my kids over the simplicity of this wonderful oasis. Find the time to grab someone and make some your own...

What a hidden gem! A tiny hedge maze, an ampitheater, a story walk, lots of cool plants including one that smells like popcorn, a beautiful bride under a weeping willow ... And the details are all there. For example at first you just notice the colorful crayon shaped posts on the fence. Upon closer inspection, you'll see that the name of each crayon is a flower that matches the color. And then you'll notice that the same flower is planted at the base of each respective post. Throughout the garden there are well tended details like that which really elevate the experience. This isn't a cheaply thrown-together thing. This is well thought out and cared for,...

Lovely space that sparks wonder for the whole family! For little and big kids. Even my husband and I enjoyed it honestly. It would be fun for a family outing or even a date night. Nice little sitting spots and plenty of photo opps! I’d love if they had an open concession stand on the depends at least but outside of that it’s perfect! Bathrooms were open and clean last time we attended which is a major win! Trash bins throughout ensure it remains in good shape and I love that too!

Our kids are in HS now so they take pics there for every formal dance and many take senior pics at this location too. Truly an enjoyable...
