Panera Bread — Restaurant in East Lansing

Worst place to use combos on campus. Recommend students go to the International Center to get some good food for the combo. Super restrictive here. Additionally they are always out of something so most the time your order gets rearranged into something that barely resembles what you paid for. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have given this place a chance with their menu and with a combo and both times it’s been not worth it. Also my grilled cheese for my combo was overloaded, soggy, and some cheese was hard on the inside right after I received it (didn’t ask for a grilled cheese in the first place). Wish I could get my combo back on my account after this. Also the apple was rotting and I didn’t know till halfway eating it....

Miguel is the definition of great customer service. A lady took my order by accident and he quickly offered to let me have a couple cookies from the bakery and they remade my order asap. As I sat there watching him interact with other customers, I realized he is the type of person you want working in your establishment. I work at the JW Marriott giving 4 diamond level of service to multi-millionaires. Miguel exemplifies this type of service. I see this guy going far in customer service. Never go here if you have any plans for the rest of the day. I went here between classes with about 20 minutes to spare. Little did I know that by the time I finally got my order, my hour and a half class was half over. A one hour wait for mac and cheese and a latte is unacceptable. There were not nearly enough orders ahead of me to justify this wait. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location unless I feel like waiting for an hour in a Panera with no cell service or...
