Naples Jewelry & Repair — Attraction in East Naples

OMG Reyvis (the owner/jeweler) is the BEST. I have been going to him for years and he NEEDS to be more well known. He has beautiful Jewelry in his shop but like the other reviewers say, the QUALITY of his repairs are simply magnificent. He can fix anything. I went to 3 stores down 5th THAT SOLD ROLEX and they couldn’t help me with my Rolex , I then went to Reyvis (first visit) and he took care of my watch instantly, and with that one great experience, I never looked back. Took my sisters there too and friends and they’re 100% committed to his work too.

I will never go to another fancy jewelry store down 5th Avenue being treated like scum because I’m there for a repair and not a purchase. Do not judge me because I’m not wearing Hermes and Valentino, you do not know what I can afford by my looks. I get treated so well with Reyvis. As if I’m his family. I have never once complained about ANY job he’s done for me or my husband, in the many years he’s been our family jeweler, (and I can find something to complain about anything with my jewelry im very picky when I’m entrusting my diamonds & gold with anyone).

But really, he is the best jeweler in town. What I appreciate the most is his honesty too, he will be straight up and tell you what is going on and not try to unnecessarily add on more money like other 5th ave jewelry stores to raise the price of a repair.

This place promises and doesn't deliver. You call leave messages and get no response. Went to the store it isnt done he is too busy to return calls. Customer service is lacking. I would not do business with them. I left my item with you on March 3rd not two weeks ago. That is 21 days ago, and all you needed to do was call us back and state you needed more time. You NEVER called us back. We are new customers we didnt know you at all a little customer service would have appreciated. YOU SIR ARE THE ONE WHO LIES. I came in asking not yelling. When my item wasnt done I asked if it had been started because I would just take it back. I didnt threatening you I told you that I would post my displeasure on social media, as you have a sign asking for a review on Google. Well he called to tell me my item was done. I went in To pick it up. In three weeks (since 3/3) he had done nothing but ruin my ring. He took the stones out and handed me back the ring minus stones and stones were in a bag. He said I gave him a unfavorable review so he wouldn't work on it. He ruined the ring. I highly recommend Naples Jewelry Repair! My wife broke the crystal on her Rolex and I wanted to find somewhere to get it repaired. I checked on line and there were some places where I could "ship" the watch off to (NY, etc.) I did not feel comfortable doing that and wasn't sure when I'd get it back, cost, quality of repair and even concerns I'd get my watch back.

The online reviews were all great for this shop, so I decided to give them a call and sure enough, they said they could handle this with no problem. When we walked in their door, I knew the jeweler, Reyvis, was the real thing! He knew his stuff, has all of the proper equipment and is a "real" jeweler. I immediately had confidence and trust in his ability and honesty. He completely serviced and repaired the Rolex, it looks like new, his cost estimate was spot on and it has never run better. Additionally, he stands behind his work with a one year warranty.

Without question, we will return for ANY work needed on our jewelry. In fact, I will even ship him any work I needed done from my home state. ...
