Great experience! Went last Friday with 4 other friends to enjoy all you can eat sushi! We ate until we couldn’t - it was sooo good. All the rolls came out delicious!
It was a little slow at first I’m receiving orders but eventually that worked itself out with 5 of us continuously ordering every time they came. There were a few negatives but I feel the positives outweighed those so I won’t knock stars for them.
Oddly there is no dessert at this restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday. They were considerate to let us know this before our party fully arrived, so we asked someone to stop at Publix for a cake. When it was time to sing, they took the cake back, put a candle in it and served it as one of their own. They brought plates and sang too. I really appreciated this extra service and yes it was weird they didn’t have dessert but they were upfront about it and issue solved!
The servers were really kind and attentive. They forgot the ginger I requested and I forgot to remind them but hey they brought us like 20 orders, how can we complain.
The sushi was top notch! Made to order. Those who didn’t like raw, had a good selection of cooked sushi and hibachi to choose from.
I also ordered the avocado cocktail, which was strong (just the way I like it). It was good but I could have done with out the chunks of avocado in it. That was weird lol I still finished it. Everyone in my party was very happy with this location. The atmosphere is cool, dim blue lights. Unfortunately no entertainment the night I went.
Miso soup- normally my fav, not so good here. But...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying the food is delicious. The wonderful chefs outdid themselves and were outstanding. However the Hostess who greeted us and the server we had made us feel terrible. I went with my family and was met with a hostess who looked us up and down before rushing to seat us without a welcome or a smile. I could have been fine if it wasn’t for our server. This is an ALL YOU CAN EAT establishment, and it’s on the pricey side (that’s totally fine), but all you can eat implies people will be eating a lot to make it worth the money. EVERY time our server came back and we indicated we wanted to order more he would raise his eyebrows confused and say “wow, you guys can eat a lot”. Or a different variation of that sentence every time he came to our table. After a certain point us ladies at the table became very insecure. We didn’t want to order more and hear about how “surprised we could eat so much”. So we stopped eating, and we felt humiliated. I get when servers joke around and try to be funny to be nice, but he said none of this with humor. It felt very judgmental. Needless to say we will not be returning. Which is a shame because the food was very delicious and unlike anything...
Read moreI normally get take out this place has amazing sushi. Today when I sat at the bar I tried there all you can eat which was cool. While ordering my 2nd order there was ant that crawled on me. I figured I’d just kill it and it’s a one off. Several more ants crawled on the menu my phone my arm. I told the bartender showed them the ants on the menu. The bartender saw the ants, took the menu went to hand me a new menu. He told me it was just dirt no ants, I asked for the menu back to show him he refused and proceeded to gaslight me further. I told him there were bugs all over on my phone and arm. He said there were no bugs when there were the white footed ghost ants everywhere on the bar where I was sitting. They told me the beer is on them I ended my meal early because of all the bugs and was highly disgusted with bugs crawling up my arm and all over my phone. You can check the cameras if you would like I was there close to 5, I look forward to trying this place again after an...
