Taco Bell — Restaurant in East Naples

This was an experience from a couple months ago that made me not want to come here again..

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru; made the mistake of not checking the bag until after I started to pull away from the window and found things were missing from our order. Went back in the line for the drive thru for another 10 minutes and let them know what happened and was told to pull up to the window. After the second time and not wanting to hold the long line up behind us, I pulled away again and found our order was STILL not correct/complete and had to resort to going up to the doors after the lobby had closed (since the line was still so long and slow moving, and we didn't want to wait more than 30 minutes to eat) to talk to someone other than the guy in the drive through, just to hear him argue something along the lines of, it's us, not him, and that we have everything already, etc., until he looked to the side and saw the rest of our order was still sitting there. No apology from him, but at least the nice worker who opened the door apologized.

I decided to give this location one more chance today, and I still ended up with one completely wrong item, and the other was made to standard instead of what I asked for.. I'll stick with the Taco Bell on Pine Ridge from now on, since the service and food there has always...

I'm going to do four stars today as a sign of encouragement. Overall they are doing better than years past and I've been down here full time since 97.

That being said, your prices are hovering around authentic Mexican food ,like the restaurant down Bayshore has. People voted for $15 an hour minimum wage, so you need to put $15 an hour food in the bag. If I ask for a 5-layer burrito with NO beans, and you give me a 5- layer burrito WITH beans, that's a problem. Why waste My time and yours asking what kind of hot sauce I want if you're not going to give it to me? I think most people would agree that hot food that is the way I ordered it, but takes a little bit longer to make, is much more enjoyable than getting the wrong order slightly faster.

TB has always been my favorite fast food place and I have been a patron of this particular TB for nearly a decade since it's so close to my home. Even though the prices are higher than others, and the wait time in the lane could be 30 min. or longer, and the order always had to be checked before we left; I've always been fair. However, I'm done with this place. EVERYTIME I doordash or ubereats an order there is food or drinks missing. It's not just one item per order either. I don't care if I'm missing a taco; I care that I'm missing half or most of an order. And it isn't the drivers, the bags are stickered closed!
