Read moreThee City's Grill is an attractive, clean and inviting restaurant, with friendly and attentive staff, but more importantly good food. My wife and I went for the Sunday Breakfast buffet. There was an omelet stationwas plus a wide selection of standard breakfast items such as bacon, breakfast sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, french toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, grits, bagels toast etc. With some less common selections like stuffed grape leaves, potato pancakes, spinach pies, tzatziki sauce and fresh made apple sauce. They also have a selection of dinner options like roasted pork loin, and lamb, lemon chicken, and potatoes and fried fich. The hot food is a standard (but not self service) buffet line, however the other side with cold options and their salad bar fresh fruit and breads like toast and bagels are fully self service with toasters avaliable. I am not sure how many options rotate from week to week but on this occasion I enjoyed almost everything that I had. The items that I was not that fond of were not made poorly, I simply never liked them but was trying them again to see if my tastes had changed lol.
Overall I give them high marks in all counts like service, selection, cleanliness, quality and taste.
They also have a full breakfast menu plus lunch and diner. I only visited one time and enjoyed the buffet that was Modestly priced at $20.99 per person So I can't completely vote for all of the food but I tried a wide selection of their breakfast and dinner fair with the buffet and...
Read moreI recently had breakfast at Thee City’s Grill and left with mixed feelings about the experience. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and steak tips, expecting a hearty, flavorful dish, but to my surprise, the steak looked more like ground beef. I’m not sure what happened there, lol—it wasn’t quite what I was anticipating. Along with my meal, I had a side of pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were okay, not particularly memorable, but the bacon was just right—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The scrambled eggs were decent, but nothing that stood out or left a lasting impression.
While the food left something to be desired, I have to give credit to the service, which was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was served promptly and with care. Their professionalism and positive attitude definitely improved the experience and made the visit more enjoyable.
Overall, I’d say my meal was average, with a few highlights like the bacon and the great service. However, there’s room for improvement, especially with the steak and the overall quality of the dishes. I might give Thee City’s Grill another try in the future, but I’d be hoping for some noticeable changes in the food to match the high...
