Mr. Tequila Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in East Naples

Staff/Management at Mr. T: $40 ticket, just for me, one easily-served, REGULAR customer. I just had to leave my meal early because, yet once again, you don't keep your patrons in check. I'm all for having fun, but you should not allow a group to disturb the dining experience for other patrons. Multiple tables in this section were turning around to glare at a table of 4 older men, yucking it up, LOUDLY, F-bombs every other word. I said something to them and got heckled as I left. Again, well dressed men in their 50s to late 60s. If you didn't see them you'd think it was a table of 18 year old young men acting all macho and tough. I believe "their women" were seated at a separate table next to them.

Two weeks ago it was two kids (approx 9-11 years old) , not being attended to by their parents, running back and forth to the restrooms, laughing and screaming, standing in the hallway repeatedly kicking the bathroom doors open. I'm talking karate kicks.

You cannot NOT see this behavior. It just always seems to be chaos in your restaurant. Yes, I did tell two waiters of my concern today. They shrugged their shoulders. We go in there all the time, we love the food and we love our server Maria. But the other day my fiancé and I went in and had a different server named Betty. She was rude, disrespectful, rolled her eyes as she was taking out order and so on. Then the food comes out and it was wrong, but we didn’t say anything we just worked with it and continued to try and enjoy our dinner. Then when the bill came she had the audacity to add a 15% gratuity to a 2 person check!!!! I then turned around and asked the table behind us which was a table of 4 if she had added gratuity to their check and they said no! So why was it added to mine? Then I called the manager and it took 4 days to hear back from them and the only reason I got a call back is because I had to call again. I usually come to this place at least once a week, which shows how much I really like it here. During my most recent visit on September 17th, before we ordered, We asked the server and the server and manager questions about their deals at the time. I was told that I was able to do the BOGO meal along with the BOGO drinks as long as they were on separate tabs, and when I went to pay, I was told that I was not able to do this, even though it was on separate tabs. I even asked the server to put one tab on a separate table, and he said he was not able to do it. When he called the manager, the manager said to CALL THE POLICE on us if we were not able to pay.
