Napoli on The Bay II — Restaurant in Florida

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. We have been customers of Napoli on the Bay for years. However, this one just does not have delivery down. I ordered two pizzas tonight at 7:11pm. It is now 8:59pm. I was on the phone with the restaurant asking where the pizzas were when the delivery guy arrived. The woman on the phone was telling me, "We got busy,' as the reason the pizzas aren't hear and telling me the driver is the manager, so talk to him about making this right. The driver told me there would be no charge - but also that he isn't the manager and doesn't even work at this store. Then I realize he's only handed me one pizza. I ordered two. I checked the one he gave me. It had another customer's name on it and wasn't my order. It's now 9pm. My kids needed to have eaten long ago and gone to bed (tomorrow is a school day) and I'm trying to scrounge up dinner for them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a pizza for pick up 3 years ago and it was hardly cooked and the worst pizza I ever had. Now 3 years later I gave them another shot only because the original location did not have delivery which I needed on this occasion. I ordered delivery and received a call from my guard gate they were here yet 15 minutes went by and no pizza arrived. After calling them to find out what happened they said they would get it to me and that the driver had dropped it but it wasn’t there. I have dogs that alert me when people come up to my door but nothing! The guy then calls me back and tells me he has a picture of my door mat and it was dropped so he would not refund me. But he refused to send me the picture to confirm it was my mat. Shady people at this location. I will get my money back despite what this guy is trying to pull but don’t deal with these people...

We love other Napoli locations. This location however sucked. We arrived 1 hour before close. We called ahead so the pizza would be ready when we arrived so we could get out quickly and not hold up staff wanting to go home. When we arrived, we were told we could not sit inside and eat our pizza because they were getting ready to leave. Mind you, it was exactly 1 hour before close and they only have 2 small tables and 8 chairs total , 400sq feet! I was then handed a box of pizza and told me and the kids could go eat outside. I have never been treated this horribly. We sat outside and attempted to eat the pizza. I had to go back in and ask for plates and a spatula. I was reluctantly given one with the condition that I bring them back in asap. I will never go back to this location. I hope Telni, the owner, handles...
