EDIT: After I posted my review, customer service got back to me and sent me a new rug with the correct colors. I am really happy with it, and happy they responded to me, so I am upgrading my review fro 3 to 5 stars. I will certainly consider ordering rugs from them in the future, or other products like hampers.

Could not believe how quickly I got our rug! A local store said it would take them 6 to 8 weeks from their supplier (also in Rhode Island). We came home and found Colonial Mills on line. When I called to see how long it would take to get the rug, a REAL person answered the phone and told me it would take a week or ten days. Recently I purchased a rug and measured incorrectly so the rug was too small for the space. I contacted Colonial Mills and received a quick response from Evelyn.
