Wonder East Providence — Restaurant in East Providence

There are currently 9 menus available here at Wonder Food Hall, located inside the Cumberland Farms on Newport Ave in East Providence. The 9 menus are: Burger Baby (burgers), Tejas (BBQ), Fred’s Meat & Bread (sandwiches), Limesalt (Mexican), Wing Trip (wings), Alanza (pizza), Yasas by Michael Symon (Greek), Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson (fried chicken) and Room for Dessert (dessert). These menus are currently available on the Grubhub, DoorDash and Wonder apps. There is a small pickup window within the store, some kiosks for ordering and seven tables for dine-in within the Cumberland Farms

Wonder is a chain with many locations in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This is their first Rhode Island location. A Google Maps summary of this food hall mentions Japanese & Indian cuisine but it doesn’t seem that these cuisines are available at this location at this time

Feb 2025: I recently tried some items from the Tejas BBQ menu and was impressed with the chips & queso and the brisket sandwich. This location’s Tejas BBQ menu is a decent budget alternative to local BBQ options

I’ve been having a fantastic time at Wonder Food Hall! I’ve been trying different dishes from each restaurant, and I’m happy to say that everything has been great so far.

The variety of cuisines is impressive, and every meal I’ve had has been delicious. It’s the perfect place to explore new flavors and enjoy a fun atmosphere.

Even though I tried one dish that wasn’t my favorite, it didn’t ruin the experience at all. Honestly, the overall quality of the food has been so good that I can’t wait to keep coming back and trying more.

I had a coupon for Wonder so I finally decided to check it out. I used their app as they make it extremely easy to go through all of the offerings and to order what you want, even allowing modifications to the items (as appropriate). I built my own Mediterranean bowl from Yasas and I was utterly impressed by what I received. Everything about the bowl was excellent - the amount of food, the toppings, the taste, etc. Quite honestly I wasn't expecting quality at this level - check out my picture for proof!
