I order grocery pickup here out of necessity atleast once a week. Consistently there has been an issue with their staff (“Juan” most of the time) who consistently marks items “not available” but then when I go in the store to double check, of course I find the item is available, obviously on the shelf. Today, “Juan” decided to make about 4 substitutions while in the checkout line. When I asked him to remove an item that I can’t even eat because of ingredients I’m allergic to; he refused. Then, for items like free range eggs, instead of subbing for other comparable eggs, he refunded all together when ALL items stated “substitute if out of stock”. Just simply not following directions, replacing items with things that have zero relation to the original item or refusing to replace with items that are close/similar. If you call Aldi store care they tell you they can’t even speak to their store associates for any concerns and basically tell you to take a hike. I understand this is a courtesy service but some people really rely on this for circumstances out of their control. It’s also terrible business practice to charge a persons debit card $200 for groceries, then have “no shoppers available” indefinitely and your only choice is to cancel and wait 3-5 days for my bank to refund, since they can’t even contact their own stores and verify whether a shopper will become available. Its been awful dealing with this store the last two months, really sad considering they’ve barely been open a year. Store manager needs to get their...

I was searching for a supermarket in Rhode Island that had organic, healthy, and reasonably-priced items because my husband had serious health issues. To my surprise, I discovered ALDI, which offers delicious, fresh, and satisfying products that fit our dietary needs (low in salt, sugar, and fat). ALDI has become our favorite supermarket, and my husband is quite particular about what he eats.
ALDI consistently offers fresh, good-quality food at lower costs than other grocery store chains. They also have a good selection of organic produce, dairy products, bread, and fruits and vegetables. I love their seasonal items, snacks, chocolates, and chips. You might not find commercial brands like Nestle, Barcel, Kellogs, or Lays, but you can find similar products in their brands, such as Simply Nature, LiveGfree, Earth Grown, and Specially Selected.
I almost forgot to mention that you need to bring a quarter for the carts, which you'll get back when you return the cart. Also, ALDI is environmentally conscious, so remember to bring your bags, use one of the empty boxes they have, or purchase reusable bags.
Recently, the store was remodeled to look like the newest store, and it's even bigger now! The new self-checkouts are great too! Don't worry about parking, since ALDI has a large parking lot. You should come and check it out...
Read moreThis place has the lowest prices in town and also some good selections on some organic foods they have their own brands which are very low price compared to any other supermarket and what I really love about the store is that one aisle that has seasonal items you'll usually find something that you want but don't need but you buy it anyway because it's a great deal and we all love to shop as far as the shopping carts bring a quarter with you or you won't get a shopping cart and if you want the quarterback you'll have to return the car to where you got it or just leave it and someone else will collect your quarter as far as bagging goes bring your own or purchase some at the store or you can opt out and use the free boxes the lines go by very quick it's a very efficient store the way it's run they usually only have one check out employee but the way it's done it's so fast I applaud all these for its low prices and good quality and look forward to shopping at this store again and again check it out you won't be...
