My experience with the East Providence/Rumford outlet was an excellent experience! Russ spent time putting a kitchen together with me and was very patient with me as this was my first remodel. His experience with suggesting the types of faucets for example was the guidance I neeed since i had no idea of anything except the style I wanted. I will definitely go back when I get ready to remodel my bathroom. I want to mention that my experience first began in the Warwick RI location. I don't know what the issue was but I was brushed aside despite going in there explaining I would be selecting cabinets, countertop, sink and faucet to finish my kitchen. I couldn't have made it more clear that I would be giving them my money that day. I believe it had to do with being a single woman walking in that resulted in me being dismissed. I honestly left there with tears in my eyes bc I was so upset. Then I sat in the parking lot actually crying bc remodeling is both a mixture of excitement and feeling overwhelmed at times. I would NEVER recommend the Warwick location to anyone. I was so excited but my experience in Warwick ruined that. I'm thankful for being greeted in East Providence/Rumford location with the kindness and attention I deserved. I made my purchases and I have been back again to order other odds and ends. We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. Good quality cabinets for the price point. Was pleased that the walls were not particle board and the cabinets came assembled.

The staff is exceptional. They assisted in answering questions to ensure the cabinets would work for my kitchen and helped load the vehicle.
