I go to this store for all my products but the young guy is unbelievably RUDE! I went in many months ago and bought a set up and everything needed. They set me up and they said to charge by the battery charger not by the piece. But after reading and doing research it says that's the cord to use and to charge. Well ok. The product tells me to do so. Recently went back and was asking a question about the coils and asked how we charged and I said how. Well the kid RUDELY from back of us says " We gave you the speech on why not to charge like that and you didn't listen and left without charger. " YUP correct! But I said "Can I ask why the company says to charge it that way?" And he jumped down my back giving me a huge attitude. And started to get loud and puff his chest at me. Umm no. This kid thinks he is God's gift? I mean come on. You don't treat customers like there trash and be rude. He does it to many people. I've watched a female walk out crying because of the nasty attitude he gives people. I followed her and asked what's wrong and he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL as I did hear him to! I think he needs to learn how to talk to people. I've always had a great experience I've been without cigarettes totally for about 7 months and I don't even know where to begin on how I feel in comparison now that I have been vaping I feel so much more energy and lower stress levels in comparison and on top of that anytime I come in I can sit down and vape take my time in what I want to get they don't rush you into buying anything but they want to make sure you can get every thing you need I even watched a girl newer to vaping having problems with their mechmod and wanted to get a box mod not only did they go out of their way helping her learn how to use the new mod she wanted letting her know only charge the batteries on a charger and not in the vape because over time you can damage the mod from charging it with the cable which can overload the circuit board if done too many times but also when they realized she didn't have enough money to buy the batteries Needing 2 that were matching (married set "always together") the employee helping her took out his personal stuff and gave her a married set he just bought the other day No matter what anyone says i am always going to be a customer aslong as I vape my favorite store to go to and I always look forward to going each week to maybe try something entirely new Thank you...

Do not look for herbal or concentrate vape supplies here, they treat you like an idiot for asking and recommend “a gas station or something.”

Prices are on the higher side, but they do have a good selection. They have many of the popular and name brands but also have a house line that actually has some pretty good stuff. I’m only giving two stars for a few reasons. I visited this vape shop exclusively for almost over a year, during which time they carried my favorite juice, Nerdcore. They decided to stop carrying it, dispite my asking and promising to buy a 30 a week, or a 60ml every two weeks. If you call the store you just are put on hold by a machine. They give you reward points, but limit how you can spend them. They don’t accept Apple Pay.

Idk... I really liked this store a lot when it was just Eric and the girl with the tattoos that always told you how pretty she was. It seemed like they cared more.It seems the longer they are open, they are getting less particular about the people they hire. They know about what they carry in the store, but unfortunately don’t know much about juices or mods or things going on in the vape culture outside of their store.
