My mother had my grandfather‘s wedding ring turn into a pendant for me as a birthday gift about six years ago we used to like the jeweler from the previous owner however I broke my chain twice and I noticed when I got that back after the repair it just didn’t look or feel the same but I don’t have a lot of knowledge in jewelry so I kind of look past it but a year after having my chain repaired my new jeweler informed me that it was a cheap popcorn style chain and my mothers receipt so she bought an expensive gold box chain when calling the store and talking toThe owner he told me they have a white gold chain on file and that it was a cheap style even though I didn’t even have a white gold chain to begin with their records are mixed up I’m pretty sure they either intentionally or accidentally swapped my expensive chain out for a cheap one and I didn’t notice until a new jeweler explain to me the difference don’t go here they rip you off on the price And apparently keep poor records of what you truly have bought the owner was also rude with me on the phone calling me a liar go to Hannoush...

I have had many experiences at MRT and all have been wonderful. My husband bought my engagement ring and band here and I purchased his band here. Since purchasing those rings years ago I have been in and out of the store for different reasons. I banged my engagement ring and some diamonds fell out. MRT took it back and completely fixed the ring free of charge. Just recently I had a diamond fall out of my band likely due to banging my ring again by accident without me knowing. They fixed it again at no cost. Then I noticed two of the diamonds looked darker, and I brought it in again and the woman with brown hair behind the counter figured out that it was just some polish trapped under the stones. She fixed it right away and told me it has happened to her ring before as well. Her customer service was outstanding. I am confident going into MRT knowing I won’t be judged or made to feel like I did something wrong when I have questions or concerns about my jewelry. I couldn't have had a better experience buying an engagement ring at MRT! In my first visit, Dave gave me his full attention and spent almost 2 hours with me going through the entire process. Over the next few visits, he shipped in multiple diamonds for us to review together until we decided on the perfect choice for my fiance. He provided valuable information in every meeting and he stayed within the budget we discussed. I'm in a sales role myself and I understand that there can be hesitations in working with sales people, especially on a big purchase. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge and dedication made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was shocked at how much time he spent with me and I could tell that he truly wanted to help.

I really enjoyed getting to know Dave and working with him. I've already been back with my Fiance and we're excited to meet with him for our wedding bands and future purchases! I highly recommend visiting MRT...excellent service, high quality jewelry and most of all- customer focused.
