I have had a few great experience with Matt and Nick. Started off with a rather complicated car audio install that went off without a hitch. Nick walked me through all of the different options to make sure that the audio/video/nav system would meet my expectations. Through his advice I soon realized what I "wanted" wasn't what I really needed. His consultation not only saved me a few bucks, it saved me hours of aggravation trying to figure it out myself. I was somewhat apprehensive about having people work on my car but in the I am so glad they did. It was perfect. When I picked the vehicle up they reviewed the entire installation with me and gave me a demonstration on how to use it.
A few months later I was in the market for a new home theater system. I figured I would call Nick and see what they had to offer. He put me in touch with Matt who met me at the house. What I didn't realize was this was basically an interview. Matt asked me about 100 questions to be sure he knew exactly how I was going to use the system. I ended up purchasing a Control4 system and had them install it. The install was awesome. I was even more anxious about having people work in my home than I was about my car. I had 5 speakers cut into existing walls and they didn't leave a mark anywhere. Everything was plumb and level (believe me I checked). They were neat, clean, and courteous. I look forward to having them back to install more product when we add an addition to our home.

The product did not work within 2 years, leaving me feeling disappointed in the product and after having numerous battery test done it was brought to my attention it had to do with the remote for the starter itself. However, what truly made this situation worse was the customer service—or lack thereof.
When I reached out for assistance, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment from the husband and wife not sure if they were the owners or manager and secretary from what I was told. As being an elderly customer, I was appalled at the lack of patience and professionalism shown. Instead of offering solutions or expressing concern, the representatives were rude and unwilling to take responsibility for their faulty product of finding a diagnosis for a repair or a solution for replacement.
Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel ignored or belittled. Sadly, failed in this regard. I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company, as both their products and their service are unreliable. Also, not to mention no patience for elderly customers. Read moreThe best thing you could do is get a prior video recording of whatever service you're about to get here, so that you may have evidence of issues later. I installed a new radio last month, and was disappointed to find out how careless they were in putting everything back in place. My glove box door wouldn't close for two days until I had to use force to tuck in. It kept opening every time I accelerated because the items inside would fall out. I couldn't lock it either. I found a 3-foot wire just dangling on the floor near the pedals because my feet kept getting entangled between them. It ran from the radio, below the steering wheel (near pedals), and all the way up the side dashboard. You can still see a piece that wasn't tucked in properly. The bluetooth connect is very poor for making calls, but works well to play music. No one can hear me on the other side apparently, although I can hear them fine. I never had any issues with volume control, as they increased and decreased by one before install with no issues, and now it's all over the map. One or two clicks, you're at a concert. The next, it feels like you're at a funeral. I was told that my volume control must have "been stuck" prior to install. Lol You pay a lot of money for labor (more than half of the total price) just to have issues that they have no problem ignoring. Use at your own risk.
