Nordic Sports — Attraction in East Tawas

Might be a cool store. Went in to look at buying two kayaks. We have been looking for a couple but I'm picky and looking for a somewhat decent deal. Walking town instead of my wife carrying a purse i threw a small string pack on with a few hundred dollars in cash our wallets and credit cards. The lady unfriendly asked me to leave my bag at the desk. Somewhat understandable but she didnt want to listen to reasoning. I felt super uncomfortable. Not going to buy something from a place that treats their customers in this manner especially something as expensive as kayaks. If a woman walked in carrying a purse would that be ok? Refused to let me use a bike pump on my bike, which I had with me, to see if it would work. I am very dissapointed because it was my only form of transportation and I had a mid flat that I had sealed in a small amount of air in with super glue. Its not hard to help someone out and make their day, which they did not, and what I was asking was not a over the moon expectation. Even if they would of let me use the pup it would of shown no signs of use or damage to the product.
