The Pennsylvania Art Conservatory restored my antique Chinese painted leather panel. My piece was warped, the backing was shot, and the some paint was missing. They painstakingly replaced the backing, removed the old varnish, touched up the missing paint, and straightened the entire piece. Philip Rosenfeld thoroughly explained the process and the end result. He answered all of my questions and I felt confident that my panel was in the best hands.
