I went there to visit my Aunt Lorene Hagen whom died. They locked out everyone who was related to her. Very disrespectful, very disappointing. Heartbreaking as it was I will never go there again in my lifetime. This situation was unexpected, unacceptable and we couldn't pay respect to someone who we all loved. Onsite, I was offered a warm and friendly greeting, stopping their conversation midsentence. Amanda was approachable, knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible. I forgot what humanity looked like.
