I went there to visit my Aunt Lorene Hagen whom died. They locked out everyone who was related to her. Very disrespectful, very disappointing. Heartbreaking as it was I will never go there again in my lifetime. This situation was unexpected, unacceptable and we couldn't pay respect to someone who we all loved. Over 35 people were locked out. And...

This location of the agency offers a hygiene pantry, help with transportation/housing/homelessness, and referrals to other social service agencies. Very nice and professional staff who take time to listen. Remember they are NOT open Fridays. Always have free bread/treats/rolls. Also runs a huge Christmas sponsorship and...

Onsite, I was offered a warm and friendly greeting, stopping their conversation midsentence. Amanda was approachable, knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible. I forgot what humanity looked like. Each of them looked like they wanted to help. It is comforting to know such people exist and are in the capacity to help others.
