OCHI Massage Spa — Attraction in Eden Prairie

I and my husbabd used to be regular customers from more than 1 year and we used to get massage every 10 to 15 days. Today is the last day and we will never go here again. We pay 60 dollars for massage and they behave ridiculously with us. First 20 min my husband felt lady(Andy) was not giving correct pressure, talking to others and my husband asked her to push a little stronger. Right after that she got angry and either her big eyes spoke something in different language. She started pressing the neck muscles really badly. My husband got too much pain in his neck so he got up and denied for further massage.

I had the same experience today with another lady who was talking with her colleague and did nothing in first 5 minute so I asked another person to do the massage and she literally behaved badly and spoke something in her language which made all the employees to laugh by looking at me so I don't know what to think on that. Until I left she starred at me like she's crushing me.

What did we do wrong? We are paying 120 dollars for massage and if we don't get what we pay for then I should be allowed to speak up. Till today I didn't have problem of them not understanding English but now I think I should go to the place where they all east understand the pain we are going through and don't laugh on us for paying 120 dollars an hour.

Please BEWARE as this place has no customer service with no mercy on...

In Eden Prairie - They specialize in deep tissue. Not a relaxation massage. Sure it will be relaxing to some but don't go there thinking you're going to be Zen when you walk out as a default. You'll feel good knowing that whatever toxins and knots and pinched nerves you have got in you, will be kneaded out. I went there because I was in a great deal of pain and my body was kneaded and worked on. Sure, it may hurt for some but just let them know! When I left I couldn't believe how much less I was in pain. I had someone work on my feet and someone using their weight and elbows to my back (not the whole time). They let me see the timer and they had it where I could see it, if I wanted to. You let them know if it's too much but they will start firmly right from the get go so don't be shy about what you want as they start moving along. It was busy when I went there so people have discovered the benefits and they have punch cards you can accumulate for your next visit for $10 off. They do good work and I'm so appreciative they're affordable and...

This was suppose to be a Fathers Day gift for my husband. We called in advance to set up the appt for the table and foot for 1hour. First problem, he walked through the door and he preferred a woman, they got upset and tried to offer him a guy masseuse and he wanted a woman, so he got a woman masseuse to massage him. So the next thing he got undressed and they told hyim to leave his pants on. Huh? What kind of massage is that for a full body if you have to leave your pants on. After she got finished with whatever she so called did to that they call a massage. On his way out the door. She said where is my tip? In your dreams will you get plenty of tips. ATTENTION do not go here, they false advertise and have you thinking that you getting just what was put on the paper. Don't waste your money or time. Its not worth it.
