I’m thoroughly appalled by the level of incompetence and disregard for basic customer service at this establishment. The absence of a phone number should have been an early warning sign, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reached out via Instagram to inquire about reservations. I was told that reservations weren’t necessary — that it was simply free play. I specifically mentioned that we would be coming on Saturday. They “liked” the message and sent over their pricing, with no mention whatsoever of a private event or that walk-ins might be denied.

Fast forward to the day of our visit: my friend arrived ahead of me only to be turned away at the door because of — surprise — a private event. When we showed the Instagram exchange to staff, there was no accountability, no recognition of the failure on their part to communicate clearly, and certainly no apology. The girl at the front, admittedly new, called the manager, who made no effort to resolve the situation despite the fact that both of us had driven 40 minutes with young children based on their own staff’s instructions.

There was no attempt at customer recovery. No remorse. No responsibility taken. Just a cold indifference to the inconvenience they caused — and to four disappointed toddlers stuck in a car for no reason.

A decent business would have at the very least apologized or offered some sort of compensation for their clear communication failure. But instead, they did nothing — a telling reflection of the ownership’s values and their staff’s lack of training.

We will never return. There are far better options — Terra Play Café, Milli Moo, and even small local spots — where staff understand the concept of communication and customer care. This place clearly doesn’t. Save yourself the trouble and go literally...

Children’s Planet isn’t the best play place we’ve been to, but it’s definitely not the worst. One of the main reasons we visit often is because it’s close to home, and I really appreciate the large, open layout—it never feels too cramped. While the selection of toys and activities is somewhat limited, it hasn’t been a major issue for us since we usually go during quieter times. My toddler still has a great time.

There are a few downsides to note. Coffee is only available during the day and not consistently, so if you’re hoping to grab a drink, you might be out of luck. Seating is also limited, but again, it’s manageable if you visit during off-peak hours. As others have mentioned, customer service could be better. The staff has never been rude, but they’re not particularly friendly or welcoming either. The space also feels a bit unfinished, like there’s still work to be done to reach its full potential. Also the grippy socks are another con because they only allow the ones they sell even if you have your own.

That said, we’re glad to have Children’s Planet in the neighborhood and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve. With a few upgrades—like more toddler-friendly activities and improved service—it could become a standout spot for...

Today i decided to try this new indoor place for kids that a friend recommended to me.

I loved the concept of the open space, the playground on one side which my 10y old enjoyed a lot and different toddler toys on the other side which my 15 months was always from one side to the other so he never got bored or tired.

He enjoyed a lot the push toys. There is a coffee shop with a fancy selection of coffee i tried the iced cookie butter and omg it was delicious and im not a huge fan of coffee it was the perfect balance not too sweet and not too strong. It was hard to find a spot to sit but we went at the busiest time 🙈🤡 on saturday around 4pm which a private party was just going to start so pretty much the parents from the party had all the sitting spaces 😩

Bathrooms were nice and clean, it has a diaper change area that we used it too. Prices were very good i went the other day to another places which i enjoyed too but parents has to pay, i liked the fact that the parents are free to go in the playground and 2nd sibling has a discount 👍🏻

We will be back ✨️ excited to see how the place improves...

We found the perfect indoor playground to escape the Florida heat — slides, toys, and even coffee for the grownups. Shoutout to Children's Planet for saving the day #IndoorPlayground #FloridaFamilyFun #ThingsToDoWithKids #PlaygroundFun #toddlersoftiktok #autumn
