Been meaning to get this review for some time... Went to Cozzi Jewelers after a lot of research to find the perfect engagement ring. Called and setup an appointment with Paul III. Arrived at the store, store is immaculate and very welcoming. Met with Paul III and we began chatting. I told him what I was looking for and we discussed time frame, design, metals, diamond quality, etc. After a very informative discussion, we had about a good 15 minute conversation unrelated to any kind of ring or jewelry. We found out that we graduated from the same high school and we both still live in the area. I felt very comfortable and welcome. Back to the ring...I had some ideas and he explained everything in regards to designing my idea. Total time in the store was probably a little under an hour. Aside from all the amazing items they had on display and the fact that they only deal with and sell a certain certified diamonds, one of the most professional aspects I will remember is that I was never asked what my price range was. I had been to other jewelers who's first question was "whats your budget?" I actually had to tell him what my budget was. Paul told me, lets find the diamond and ring you like then we can talk price. Class act!!! Long story short... made the decision to buy...went back a few times to design with Paul, was provided updates via text and email. Ring was and still is beautiful. I stay in contact with Cozzi jewelers, as you feel part of the family during and after the entire process. I have referred other family members and they are very happy with Cozzi's customer service. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!! I was referred to Paul at Cozzi jewelers to begin my engagement ring process and I cannot say enough about the service I received from start to finish. Paul spoke with me in advance to get an idea of what I was looking for, I sent him some pictures to look at also and by the time I arrived at the store he was ready to go and showed me great options for what I was looking for. I went into the store that first night as a typical man with NO CLUE of how this process works, and I left in just one night with a strong education in diamonds and what quality points I need to look for. From there I was never pressured into a decision and took my time making my selection, visiting the store 3 more times to look over my "finalists." I was given great cash and financing options with clearly defined terms, they even had a toys for tots special going on that got me a great discount around the holidays which was real cool. Last but not least, my fiancé adores this ring and said Paul and I got it exactly correct from the hints she had dropped and pictures posted in the past. The ring box also lights up which is the cherry on top. I recommend Cozzi to all of my friends now with confidence because it was a painless process and a great family atmosphere. GO...

Paul’s staff was also top notch. The ability to send detailed CAD drawings of the ring to me, so I could look the design over to make sure everything I wanted in the ring was included was an amazing addition.
