5 stars just isn’t enough to express how the woman who work here treat you. They all are genuinely beautiful inside and out. I have been coming to kp aesthetics for the last few years and have had multiple treatments done here. The best part is 100% the woman who make you feel absolutely stunning and confident about yourself, all are extremely knowledgeable and honest. they are all willing to educate, assist, and teach you the best ways to help you achieve your personal goals and don't suggest any extra services or push you to buy products just because. I assure you, they will allow you to feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. From facials, teeth whitening, laser hair removal, Botox, etc. I have never once been told to do something that wasn’t genuinely tailored for me. This is a luxury experience everytime, the results are always fabulous and exactly as expected. Prices are more then fair, especially for the results, they have great packages and promotions, consultations are honest and thoughtful. They offer such a large selection of procedures and services all up to date equipment, finest skin Care and they are always evolving. They are accommodating to scheduling and SO clean. The space is elegant and cozy. I honestly look forward to my appointments here. I want start by saying I LOVE KP Aesthetics they are truly amazing!! Before going to KP I've always been self-conscious about my under-eyes, but at the same time also apprehensive of getting fillers. A friend of mine, who I trust, convinced me and to make an appointment with KP and I am so happy I did. As soon as I walked into the gorgeous office of KP I was greeted by the friendly staff who kept me company while I waited for my appointment. Once Kim was ready to see me she started by answering all my questions with honest professionalism and addressed all my concerns about the under-eye fillers. After I was fully comfortable, I had the procedure done, and WOW do my eyes look AMAZING!!! I look more refreshed than I have in a long time...I had no idea what a huge difference it would make until I finally had them done! Kim really did an amazing job making sure she didn't over-do the fillers and that I was completely satisfied with the results! Since then I've had my lips done for a natural bee sting look and the results are equally stunning! Again, I have always been apprehensive of lip injections, but wow do I LOVE LOVE the results! I've received more compliments on my lips than ever before and the best part is, everyone thinks they are completely natural! I purchased services via Groupon. Went for 1 put of 6 sessions. My session was with Jackie. I asked a lot of questions that she vaguely answered. No results after first treatment, but that's expected. Showed up for my second, they were unfortunately in the middle of a power outage and was told that they would give me a call to reschedule. After 2 weeks, they hadn't called but they were pretty booked, so I continued to wait. After a month, no one followed up. I called, and spoke to Breanna as well as the owner, Kimberly and expressed my dissatisfaction and discomfort and that I didn't wish to proceed. They both understood and advised I contact Groupon regarding a refund and they would not dispute. I contacted Groupon, and was later informed that they did indeed dispute and will be contacting me to reschedule. Of course, they called the next day. I spoke with Denise, the front manager who incorrectly assumed that I just didn't even make a second appointment. I then spoke with the owner, Kimberly again who now stated that because I came for one session, I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm not going to proceed with, nor pay for any services that I'm uncomfortable with due to the negligence of the establishment. I'll be further disputing. And Groupon can be...
