Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort — Attraction in Edinburg

My husband and I took our 3 year old beagle to this daycare as we’re working on socializing him and also looking for a reliable boarding option for some upcoming trips. The website for this particular paw resort was highly appealing, promising a team of passionate and experienced pet-loving caregivers. However, our experience didn’t align with these claims.

When we dropped off our dog, the host was somewhat distant and vague. We specifically signed him up for socialization, yet when we picked him up, the host simply said, “He did great in his kennel.” This left us confused, as my dog is already kennel-trained, and the reason we brought him in was to work on socializing—not to have him in a kennel. We were expecting both positive and constructive feedback on whether this daycare was a good fit for him, but the host only mentioned that she “thought” our dog was scared. This made me question the level of expertise the staff claims to have, as it didn’t seem to match the high standards presented on their website.

Both my husband and I left feeling disappointed. We came in with high expectations, but what we experienced was far from the quality of service we had hoped for. In hindsight, we’re actually relieved to have discovered this before needing to board him here in the future.

You are correct that you made an effort to reach out and provide feedback, and we appreciate that. However, there was a lack of clarity regarding the process. While we did receive feedback on the application a few days later, we were not informed by the receptionist that someone else would be reaching out to discuss Chase's first day. We asked several questions, but unfortunately, most of them were either not answered or were vague.

It would have been helpful if the receptionist had communicated that we would receive a follow-up call for feedback, as this was not clearly conveyed to us at the time. First impressions are extremely important to my husband and me, as we want to ensure that we are placing Chase in a facility where we feel both comfortable and confident in the care he will receive. Unfortunately, our initial experience did not meet these expectations.

A place filled with love and care for your pups and kitties🐾💜 You will have no regrets taking your pets to Pawsitive Vibes pet resort, filled with loving energy. I would bring my puppy Leo who recently has passed away to daycare. He loved arriving at the facility. As soon as he would see Anna, the owner of the facility, he wouldn’t contain he’s wiggles and you could just see how much he loved being there. I couldn’t trust my baby to any other place than Pawsitive Vibes Pet Resort. I cant express how thankful I am with the Anna for helping me with my puppy and his social skills. I know Leo always had such a great time at daycare, made so many friends. Thank you for the great memories I now hold of my baby being in your videos of the birthday, Christmas, valentines, and all the other parties he had attended to during daycare. I have been to several boarding facility’s in many years with my fur baby’s which have both been bulldogs… As a bulldog owner it is imperative you find the right facility because of all there health issues especially there breathing puts them at high risk … Anna and her staff have proved to go above and beyond my expectations when it comes to taking care of my Jax the love of his fur moms life .. We just had to board him for a week and Anna made sure I was sent videos daily and even sent pictures from the nanny cam … I know we treat our fur baby’s like as if they were our human children so putting your trust into a boarding facility is tough this is definitely the best place if your looking .. I love that they have projects for the fur baby’s just like a children’s daycare it’s the first I have ever seen .. Jax will be attending his first painting class in a couple of weeks so excited !!!
