This is by far the worst of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in any restaurant. I waited in line for almost 1 hour to get to the window, understanding it was during peak hours, and waited patiently. When I finally get in the window, they handed me the food in 3 bags, after I handed her my credit card. Then, a few minutes later they could not find my card and were arguing me that they had put that card inside one of the food bags, I went through them and it was not there. Then another employee came back to the window and said he had the card since he was trying to run it but that the machines were not working. They asked me to pay cash, which I wasn't prepared for. I told them I only had $16 cash by luck and they asked me for the food back, this was an hour after waiting in line! I asked for another option, which they rudely refused. The lead shift manager threatened that he was going to call the police because I was stealing! My 6-year-old daughter started crying with fear the moment she heard that! While the shift lead manager was holding my debit card, he was accusing me of stealing! He told me the only thing he could do is give me $16 worth of food, which made me even more upset (I believe the total was $23 but they refused to give me the receipt)! I asked for options, to return and pay or use another system but he rudely refused and kept threatening me and event telling his employees that he was going to call the police! I left with the food, no drinks because they kept them at ransom, since I had to attend a work conference call but immediately called the restaurant, again spoke to Jesus, and told him that I was going to be back in an hour to pay the rest in cash and to settle this complaint with the actual manager. The manager called me back shortly but the situation is not resolved. This was aside from humiliating, terrifying for my daughter. I have never in my life taken anything for free from anyone! He accused me of stealing! He was going to call the police on me for buying his food??? Seriously?

The guy was very rude and sounded annoyed with me and my order 2 seconds in. He rushed my order and cut me off a handfull of times. When I get to the window I tell him he was very. He tells me sorry the one taking the order was the manager!! The manager!!! I told him ok I'll just cancel my order then. He calls "the manager" and he tells me he wasn't rude. That he has withnesses. I asked for corporates number. He gave me the stores number and told me so I can say he was rude. Read moreI had a coupon and the manager didn't know how to put it to my order cause he didn't have that existing coupon in the system, even though it was from the app. He managed to apply my coupon and I received my chicken tenders, it was only a discount coupon, not a free meal. Perhaps, it looked like I got a free meal and that they gave me the oldest and the least fresh tenders. They were small, a little raw from the inside, the inside was chewy and not soft at all like a regular piece of chicken. I didn't pay full price of more than $11 for the meal but, it was very disappointing, the meal wasn't worth the $9 I paid.
