Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edinburg

I went to this pizza hut and place my order. When I pay I disided to wait on the tip and not add it till the end i would leave a tip in the table and we waited for 35 minutes I even told the waitress that our pizza was to eat there, she was helping other customer that arrived after we did, with cheese and plates but us She said yes I know. There where other customers that arrive and had not order jet. She gave the plates to them. We cape waiting and then she brought the plates to us after we saw everyone leaving with there order I decided to ask what was going on with our order. It had been there and it was not hot like we wanted. That was the only reason we when to eat there. So sad that now they look at the tip then they served you. Not eating there again. Love Pizza hut but Not that one....

I just got out from picking up a online order. It was not made correctly so I had to wait for a new order to be made. They did not offer a discount or free drink while I wait. While I waited a customer came in with a toddler. The little girl had no shoes and was in a diaper. He put her on the counter where the food is being place next to register. The customer laughed as he was getting his wallet and his daughter with bare feet and diaper was playing on the counter. The employee went to get his order and did not tell the customer anything or even sanitize the counter. He kept taking orders and putting food on the dirty counter. When my order came out I told him you need to wipe down the counter. You cannot be putting food there when you don't know if the diaper or her bare...

I ordered my pizza curb side pick up, I was waiting in my car for 15 minutes after notifying them I had arrived. My order was suppose to be ready by 1:05pm and I had arrived after so my order should have been ready. I had to get off my car being my lunch break I was pressed for time. When walking in no one was in the front and I could see a manger walking by to answer the phone. He answered the phone and had me waiting. I finally saw someone else from the back and asked about my order which by this time the manger had already hung up. He said ur order is ready but I was on the phone. I said you could have call someone to come assist me or place call on hold. Excuses... Sadly to say I arrived to work with a empty stomach. Poor...
